With an en-suite Master Bedroom featuring a king- size bed and large TV, a second bedroom offering a cozy queen-size bed, and a third bedroom equipped with a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for your convenience.

Take a dip in the pool on a hot day* or simply relax and unwind in the open and spacious living room, complete with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and BBQ, and the patio area provides a great spot for outdoor dining and lounging.

Our home comes stocked with quality, child-friendly amenities, including an umbrella stroller, booster/highchair, pack-n-play, stool, baby gate, sippy cups, children's dishware, and utensils.

This home is located just minutes away from all of Southern California's most popular attractions. Disneyland/Disney's California Adventure/Downtown Disney/Anaheim Convention Center/Garden Walk are all just 5 miles away. Knotts Berry Farm/Soak City/Pirate's Dinner Adventure/Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament are just 10 miles away. Anaheim Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim/The Honda Center home of the Anaheim Ducks and many concerts and events, is just 6 miles away. You can also take a short drive to enjoy the beautiful sands of Huntington Beach just 20 miles away or visit The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, just 30 miles away.

Stay was great! Some areas need some sprucing up:Carpet on stairs needs replacing, patio furniture needs replacing (hole in chair) There was no privacy fence, and the other queen bed room needs a ceiling fan, itā€™s quite warm in there even when the air conditioner on . Home was very clean!

Disney fun

The house was clean and very comfortable. IThe check in process was easy and seamless. The area was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We were at Disneyland all the days we were there, and basically used the house to sleep and rest for our next adventure. There were some lighting issues in the house, but overall, it was a great place to stay!

Convenient location and comfy beds!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this location. We thought the beds were great and the kitchen was nice and big. The biggest plus was how close we were to Disneyland which is where we spend most of our time. We were missing a few essential items in the kitchen which our landlord helped us get really quickly. Thank you!

Beautiful property. Had all the amenities. Close to Disney. My family and I loved it. We only had one issue with the internet and Joel was super quick to help us fix it! Definitely would book again.

Great place for families near Angels and Disney

Lots of item for littles like toys, pack and play, and potties. Having disney plus was so helpful too! Convenient location for Anaheim activities - we did Disney and an Angelā€™s game. Grocery and Target less than a ten minute drive. Kitchen and laundry also made it easy for traveling with young kids!

Perfect for a Family

The townhome was perfect. Very clean and fit our family well. The area is not the nicest area and it takes about 15-20 min to get to Disneyland depending on the traffic. Having the garage was nice as several times when we came back to the townhome at night there were some sketchy people hanging out in cars. We did see a neighborhood security watch patroling the area which was nice. Overall it was a quiet neighborhood and the inside of the townhome is very nice.

A+ vacation rental! Highly recommended!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stumbled upon. Not only was the place clean, the owners did an amazing job with all the accommodations for guests - they had everything needed for our stay! They even provided us with plenty beverages stocked in fridge and a fruit basket :) Communication with the owner and property manager was very pleasant with prompt responses and they are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend renting this unit if you are in the Los Angeles & Anaheim, CA area! The location is great; it is set inside a really peaceful subdivision with a community pool and hot tub. Overall, our stay here was very satisfying, especially for the reasonable price it offers! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Family friendly stay

We were very happy with our stay. The house is perfectly imperfect. I was not afraid that my crazy little kids were going to ruin anything. The toy closet was a major plus, it kept my littles entertained with new to them toys. We were a little bit sad to learn that the pool to the community wasnt heated in the winter & that the "hot tub" was actually a kiddy pool, unheated as well. Everything was described perfectly in the small print and I could have avoided the disappointment if I read it all. Overall the house was great, host was responsive and location was perfect. (We didnt have time for the pool anyway ;))

Dishwasher bottom tray broken, dryer makes noise like off-balance, garage door broken could not put garbage out or park inside, cupboard doors need fixed, off hinges. Anaheim home

The house was big enough to accommodate six people comfortably, with 2.5 bath. It was clean and not far from Disney, which was nice. Though the weather did not comply, we were looking forward to the pool. I saw one advertised, but never saw the pool itself. There was also no reference to it in the rule packet found in the home. I recommend tissues be left as a courtesy, as the paper towel was a bit harsh. The reason I gave a 3 star rating is because of the large required deposit that doesn't get refunded when you leave unless you ask. It's been two weeks, and I still have to wait. Meanwhile, the deposit was paid at the time of the reservation, so I should earn 2 months interest, but nothing has been mentioned. In addition, signing a lease-like document of some sort felt more like a real estate/landlord transaction rather than a hospitality stay. For that reason, I think I'm back to the hotel stays, as it's cheaper, comes with breakfast and there is no disappearing pool. Adding the cleaning fees and numerous other fees makes the cost far more than the advertised rate and not a good bargain.

Decent location, run down property in need of some TLC and appliance repair

My Family and I stayed here for a week after looking online and seeing many amazing reviews. Iā€™m not sure how recent they were but they were quite misleading. The location is good for getting to Disney and near by beaches. There are no close amenities that you can walk to so a car is needed. We were in contact with the property manager and able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. Once we checked in however, we noticed there were lots of things that were neglected and in disrepair. The master bathroom vanity light was falling out of the wall, the drawer slides were broken on some of the vanities, multiple lights were not working, and the attic roof access is cracked in half and was sitting on the ground. In the kitchen, the ice maker and waterline were not working and when we opened the ice maker to look it was found to be full of debris and rust. One drawer front inside the fridge is broken and barely held on with packing tape. The dishwasher rack was broken and did not allow the bottom arm to spin resulting in dirty dishes after. The cupboards hinges need some TLC while one door was completely falling off the hinges (obvious when looking at it). The garage door was hit prior and didnā€™t work which, the property manager told us about after we mentioned it. He said it was the people just before us but people in the complex we talked to said itā€™s been broken for well over a month. The bearings on the dryer are shot so thereā€™s no chance to do laundry at night as it sounds like a freight train coming through the house. Beyond the many main issues, the house needs some care. Whoever owns this place should reconsider the property management company and the cleaning staff they hire. Old cob webs filled with dust on the top of the fridge just shows a lack of effort and care. There are many other little things but nothing as bad as the mentioned. There is great potential here but in its current state, we will not be staying at this property again. For the price you pay, all the broken appliances and damaged part, itā€™s just not worth it.

Great condo for our vacation!

This property was a great place for our family! We came to town to go to Disneyland. It was only a 15 minute drive so we were able to come and go from the parks as needed when we wanted a break. The swimming pool was not heated in October but that is posted and we were aware. The condo fit our family of 5 perfect. It's a quiet neighborhood. We barely saw the neighbors. The kitchen was fully stocked making meals on the go easy. I did have to reach out to Joel but the process was a simple text and he got right back to me. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you for making this part of our vacation a great experience!

So Quiet, Clean, Convenient and Comfy

We really liked this place! The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated, the AC worked wonderfully and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again when visiting Disney.
