Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Easy self-check-in makes arrival simple. Just a 2-minute walk down the street, you'll find a peaceful canal-side spot with a bench—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or unwinding by the water. While not directly on the property, it’s a quiet space you’ll more than likely have all to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

The Owl House is located on a quiet residential street that feels tucked away but is just minutes from everything. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxed—ideal for a restful stay. You’re close to the canal path for a quiet walk or a moment by the water, and just a short drive to downtown Geneva, Waterloo, local restaurants, and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. It’s a calm and convenient base for exploring the best of the Finger Lakes.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ Parking – Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle only.

➡️ Quiet Neighborhood – Please respect the peaceful surroundings and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

➡️ Canal Area – A quiet spot just a 2-minute walk down the street offers a bench and peaceful views of the canal. While you can’t access the water, it’s a great place to sit, read, or enjoy your coffee.
