Dear Christopher, first of all thanks for your precious advices,so I proceeded to buy a new machine for American coffee, a kettle for tea, added some pots and kitchen gadgets plus some more towels for the bathroom. The lady who takes care of the cleaning is usually very accurate, but sometimes something can be miss ... if you had informed me I would have made immediate action to resolve everything. As you pointed out the house is very fresh and breezy for this I never considered to buy fans, but in the last few years the temperature sometime rises. Concerning your remark about the layout, I feel this navy style as a feature of my house, I have decorated all the sleeping areas like a boat cabin with a cosy marine atmosphere.

As you noted, the apartment is conceived as a summer seaside retreat. However, it is equipped with air-conditioning units that also provide heating. While they are not designed to create a particularly warm indoor environment during the coldest winter months, they do help even the most adventurous off-season guests maintain a adequate temperature indoors.
