Fabulous property for the family to hand out at. Will definitely rent the next time we're in town. The owners were incredibly responsive and made our stay extra special.

A great place for a relaxing stay if you're looking for a Texas retreat in the country. It's only minutes from all the city amenities but seems like you're miles out in the country. Great sunrise and sunset views.

Very easy check in. Property is a great place. Well stocked with amenities. Ms Tanya, our host, communicated with us prior to check in. Rustic ranch decor inside. Comfortable beds and awesome showers. It’s a working ranch. We saw beautiful Longhorn and a few calves, a couple of horses and a very sweet dog -Shakira. Very peaceful location that suited our family well. Will definitely return when in this area.

We came and stayed here for the F1 Austin races and had a great time being pretty close to the races! Quiet area at night, allowed for us getting much needed rest every night without issue.

The house was perfect, everything we needed and more! Tanya and her husband were great, very accommodating and communicative. The scenery and front porch were perfect for watching all our grandkids run and play! The house was completely comfortable and spacious, beautifully furnished and felt like home!

Beautifully decorated, spacious house with great sunrise and sunset views. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked; beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked beautifully. There's lots of room to spread out and plenty of space so you can have some privacy if you're staying with family or friends. The house is not far from the Austin airport but feels far away from the hustle of the city. Cows, horses, dogs, birds on the property add to the ambience.There's a separate space for events and parties. We didn't take advantage of that, but the location and the set-up seem well-designed and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

We love being greeted by the horses and cattle at Cottonwood Meadows! This was our second stay at the ranch and it was better than the first time (the gun club was quieter.) The house is beautiful with comfortable beds, adequate kitchen and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the countryside.
