Check in was seamless. Kitchen was adequate except it would be nice to have an ice maker. The sliding glass door off the living room does not lock.

Family friendly

Was a great property. Clean, kitchen was very well stocked to accommodate the 9 of us that stayed. Amenities were easy to access. Parking outside the unit was a bit tight for our full sized truck, just an FYI for future guests. Overall was an excellent stay and would absolutely return!!

Awsome place close to shanty creek

Well kept with everything you need but the groceries. Full kitchen, three baths, three bedrooms, sleeps 10, great living room and three decks. Excellent! I also met housekeeping on the way out and she was a wonderful person who spoke highly of the owner. I suggest this place.

Nice family condo. Great location

Spacious interior, good layout (bathrooms, bedroom, commons), nice big kitchen family room and large screen TV. Easy walk access to the strip of resort bar and eatery spots, playground, and beautiful lake and slope views behind the hotel (which also has nice coffee bar, and eating choices early and late). You can park to unload at a lower lot that is best for unloading bags, but also use the higher lot to walk with little ones into the rest of the adjoining resort and head out in the car for day trips. Our first time to this area in Michigan and it was wonderful.

Great Property

We stayed here during a conference and split the cost between people. The house is great...actually larger than expected. We had some power issues, but that was something outside of the properties control. The maintenance was very quick to respond and get us going again. I would highly recommend this property for any larger group. There were 5 of us, and it was perfect.

Prior to checkin I did receive our door code and where to park. That was it. Was not told where to find the pool pass or how to get the private beach access pass. My granddaughter just happened to find the pool pass hanging in the laundry room. Kitchen utensils were very limited. No tongs or updated cooking utensils. We finally found the folder with very limited instructions for where things are located. There was a delivery to the property owners which they did not let us know about, We were gone for the day and did not lock the door after the delivery. There was no information on checkout/ where to put the sheets from the bed and also the towels. Very little communication from property owners. My only real complaint about the actual condo/ was that the carpet area that was connected to the kitchen tile…you could feel the tack strips and when you walked barefoot it stabbed your feet.

Thank you for the review and for being our guest. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced in finding the information on the pool and Beach Club. That is all detailed in the Welcome Guide on VRBO. The delivery of the coffee table was a last minute action as the guests prior to you had broken it and we were informed when the delivery would occur. We thought you would be more comfortable with a coffee table for your use. There is really nothing to do at check out - housekeeping will handle all of that. We were always available to speak with you either by phone, in person, as our office is across the street from the unit or by using VRBO if you needed assistance. We have found most guests don't want to be bothered by phone calls but we are always nearby if needed. We will definitely take a look at the carpet tack concern and apologize for the discomfort. Thanks again for being our guest.
