Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry about the hot water issue during your stay—I did everything possible to get a plumber out, but unfortunately, no one was available in time. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I also want to mention that after the electric kettle was accidentally damaged by your son when he placed it directly on the burner of the electric cooktop, my wife made a special trip to the property to remove the melted residue. We wanted to ensure that all the burners remained usable for you and that your stay was as comfortable as possible. Despite these challenges, I truly appreciated having you as a guest, which is why I gave you a 5-star review. I also appreciate that you left the home clean and well cared for.
