Lots of privacy. 2 Car garage, long driveway, beautiful and quite neighborhood. This home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a marvelous stay. With amenities like AC, a hair dryer, keurig, coffee, bowls, utensils, plates, and an iron, guests can feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms offer showers and hair dryers for added convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Pompano Beach has to offer. Absolutely NO smoking on the premises.

Clean, had everything we needed for us. Was there for us in a matter of seconds if we had to call. Location is perfect! Neighborhood is great! Highly recommend

This home was clean and roomy. We loved the space especially the 3 bathrooms which was definitely a plus. The kitchen and living room area was perfect for a family. Great location with easy access to shopping and only a 5-minute drive to the beaches. The host always responded in a timely manner. During our one week stay we definitely appreciated having the laundry and the garage as extra space for activities.

The house looks just like the pictures. The back yard is perfect for hanging out with your family. Just wish the pool was a bit warmer, but it was January so I understood

It’s a beautiful property situated on a corner lot. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The crown jewel is the backyard with a sweet in ground pool, full sun most of the day and four comfortable chaise lounges. The backyard is totally private and completely fenced in. There’s also a large cabana on a trex deck, perfect for getting out of the sun. It has nice patio furniture and a table with eight chairs for all your guests. We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it! The neighborhood is perfect for walking and we felt completely safe. We had a plumbing issue on our third day, I contacted the owner and he was very responsive. A plumber arrived the next day and fixed the problem, no other issues for the remainder of our stay. I want to correct the listing, there is no garage parking. The garage has a regulation ping pong table which I enjoyed, an air hockey table, the washer and dryer and an assortment of other items for the yard. There’s a plastic kiddie pool for toddlers. It’s super centrally located about a half mile from the main thoroughfare thru Pompano beach and close to shops, restaurants, a prime golf course and anything else you might need. If your undecided take my word for it and rent it you won’t be disappointed!

Looks like house is in the middle of having something done to the ceilings, holes taped up in every room. One tub did not drain. Pool water was ice cold and always lots of bugs n leaves floating in pool due to no screen. Weird smell by the pool, not sure if something died under the wooden deck or if the smell came from them putting in new water or sewer lines on the street, smell was only in one area by the pool though. House was ok, but for the money we paid, I would have expected it to be nicer.

Kim thank you for staying with us. Did the tape affect your stay at all? This tape was from the a/c vents being placed in a different part of the property to make the house stay cool. The pool is cold because of the time of the year it is in Florida, my listing does not state that I have a heater. Also the smell was from the sewer , they were putting in while they were fixing the roads out front. Thank you
