This property is amazing! Conveniently located just minutes off of I-70. Very clean and wonderfully stocked with a beautiful view of the Blue River and the mountains in the background. You can easily walk the trail along the river to a few different restaurants or coffee shops if you wish. There is one covered parking space right in front of the building. We would happily stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again without hesitation! The location is fantastic, backing up to the Blue River, and the deck was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while listening to the water. The condo was well stocked and comfortable, with a standout primary bedroom featuring a king bed and spacious en-suite bath. Easy check-in and check-out made the entire experience seamless.

Great condo, modern, spacious, and well equipped. My wife and I stayed here during our skiing trip and found it very comfortable and convenient.

Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, bathrooms had towels and washcloths with plenty of toilet paper, beds were comfortable. Fireplace was nice and fans in room helped circulate air when it got warm. Deck had a beautiful view of the river. Close to restuarants, gas stations and grocery stores. Only complaint was parking, there was minimal and the spots were very tight.

Colorado Spring Break trip 2024

The place is amazing. So cozy and convenient, it has everything you need. Super clean and everything looks new and fresh. The best part was the view with the creek in the back. Due to construction, it is hard to find the place the first time. Maybe add some instructions to make it easier. Overall it was amazing!

Beautiful new condo, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was clean and new. Beds were very comfortable memory foam. Only thing I would note is the parking is very tight. We were in a full size Expedition and if the car beside us had been another full size, we couldn’t have fit. The parking across that was listed as open parking, had reserved signs. So not sure where additional parking would have been if we had 2 vehicles. All that said, we had one vehicle and it all worked great. Would stay again for sure!

The property exceeded our expectations (compared to prior trips in the Blue River and Vail valleys), and the location is far enough from I-70 to minimize the ambient highway noise we always deal with in Vail. Living area was spacious and well-appointed with plenty of natural light. Kitchen was well-equipped, except for the knives being very dull (large assortment though) and, given today's crazy world, sharp knives may be better avoided. Loved the gas stove, blender and coffee pot. The riverside location and stream sounds were beautiful. As the host had warned, there is construction in nearby buildings on the property, and we did hear some moderate noise from that with the window and sliding glass doors open---mostly the beeping of backing up equipment. However, we were not disturbed early in the morning or in the evening. We spend most of our daytime hiking and exploring the Rockies when we visit, and the location was excellent for access to all of that. Also, the host warned about a limited supply of paper products, but the two of us hardly made a dent in the supplies and certainly did not have buy any extra. We definitely look forward to staying here again.
