✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home except the owner’s garage. Note: Second floor deck connecting to the garage is accessible however the garage itself is restricted.
Long-term stays are allowed.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the large driveway. Only two cars are allowed at any time at the house (no street parking). Code Enforcement actively patrols the area, and it's a $1,000 fine to you if there are more than 2 cars in the driveway or if there are cars on the street.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the living room.
✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.
✹ The backyard deck has a gas grill for use (if the propane is empty, let us know and we will send someone to refill it or you can refill it down the street and we can reimburse you).
