Welcome to your perfect Fredericksburg getaway! Das Treff Platz is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home offering over 2,200 sq. ft. of beautifully designed living space, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. Whether you're planning a family retreat or a weekend escape with friends, this home has everything you need to relax and reconnect.

Unwind in the cozy living room, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or spend the day outdoors beneath towering trees, soaking in the hot tub. Located just 2 blocks from Main Street and 9 blocks from the heart of town, the walk into town is easy and slightly downhill (coming back is a little more of a workout!). Two of the best spots for live music and dining are only about 5 blocks away.

Want to explore even more? Biking is a great optionā€”just be sure to stay off sidewalks and have working lights for safety.

The space was very roomy; however, we experienced multiple issues during our stay. The hot tub did not work properly (no jets), and the internet was down the first night and into the next morning. We spent much of the first night on the phone with the manager and the internet provider.The following day, we also had a plumbing issue. To their credit, the team was very responsive and quickly sent a plumber, though the repair appeared to take most of the day. Fortunately, we were leaving that day to go downtown to wineries all day. The internet was eventually fixed the next day, and we did not attempt to use the hot tub again.While management was responsive, it felt that some of these issues should have been identified and addressed prior to our stay, especially since the internet provider indicated the service had been out for over a week.

We had a great time at this house, it was bigger than we expected! House was fully stocked and was so clean. The water and ice maker wasnā€™t working though but we just went and bought some at Walmart down the street. Close distance to Main Street! We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

The Best Experience!

This rental is my favorite one thus far in Fredericksburgā€” and I visit at least 3 times a year. It is outfitted so well, has absolutely everything you could need! Plenty of comfy beds and roomy bathrooms to accommodate 13 ladies. Communication with the host was excellent. Plenty of parking out front in the circular driveway for lots of cars. This place is perfect!

We loved the house. Very roomy. Comfortable. However, the dishwasher did not work properly and should have been replaced before our arrival. Manager tried to replace the dishwasher, but both the handyman and plumber failed to get it installed. Thus, we were stuck doing dishes all week long. This made our stay less than enjoyable.
