This spacious family home is beautifully maintained & themed by the owner with an abundance of amenities and a sparkling pool & spa!

The large & airy kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to prepare meals and overlooks the kitchen diner and living area. The huge family room is perfect for family gatherings and has views of the private screened pool & spa. The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!



There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances throughout allowing you the option to cook a full meal at home or visit one of the numerous neighboring restaurants!

This home is extremely spacious and has the benefit of a split bedroom floor plan that offers ultimate privacy. There are two master suites with king beds and enclosed baths, located on different sides of the home one with access to the pool deck.

There are two additional bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one with bunk beds that share a bathroom with shower and there is an additional ½ bath close to the pool.



All four bedrooms and the family room have TV's with access to cable. Wireless internet service is available throughout the home. Local telephone service is also available.



The home comes complete with laundry room, washer & drier for use during your stay.

Regularly updated by the owner and fully equipped with plenty of linens, towels and all the equipment you would need in your very own vacation ‘home away from home’.



The converted garage games room is perfect for family fun and there is a Wii & Basket Ball Game, plenty of books and games for all the family to enjoy! Free use of the pack n play, highchair and stroller, car seats, booster seats!



Other things to note

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. 8.Trailers are not allowed to be parked on the Drive or on the Road however they can be parked outside the clubhouse. This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.


By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property.

Each reservation is backed by a property protection plan. This safeguard covers accidental damage during your stay, removing the need for large security deposits and giving you confidence in your booking.
