Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, disabled friendly villa, where we hope you have the most magical time.


This property is set within a gated community and is perfect for those with additional needs.


We can provide portable ramps to the front and rear of the property to ensure smooth access and egress and have refurbished our home with a new wet room complete with shower chair, on our stunning pool deck you will find our new chairlift in to our beautiful blue pool.


We aim to give families visiting Florida a comfortable, affordable home in a stunning gated community that can accommodate our guests that require our facilities and look forward to welcoming you to our newly adapted home.


It is so important to us to be able to share an affordable home for families who need the facilities our home has to offer.


We have also recently installed new air conditioning and pool heating systems to ensure your stay with us is seamless.


Please note:


This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our Management Company with some of these supplies if you wish.

Living

The villa offers a comfortable seating area, comprising two large luxurious sofas allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day with a large streaming TV, high speed internet is available throughout the home.

Upon request, our House Managers can adapt the living area to allow you better access and are happy to rearrange the living room to accommodate you, please liaise with them at the time of booking so the home can be set up for your needs.

Kitchen

Our fully fitted kitchen comes complete with breakfast bar.

Modern conveniences include a washing machine, clothes tumble dryer, new microwave, full cooker, new fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board etc.

The kitchen area is situated on the left of the home as you enter and has access in to both the living and dining areas.


Dining


Situated between the Kitchen and Living Area, you will find our dining area.


We have a table for 6 people along with a couple more seats at our breakfast bar.


The home is equipped with enough cutlery, crockery, ironware and cooking equipment for eight persons.


Bedrooms


3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.


The main bedroom has a king size bed, streaming tv and an ensuite toilet, the bedroom is equipped with both closets and drawers.
There is a ceiling fan to support the air conditioning and aide ventilation.
The room is situated towards the rear of the home.


The second bedroom has a double bed and is situated at the front of the home, it features a closet and drawer space and streaming TV.


The third bedroom has a single bed and new adjustable profile bed which can be found towards the side of the home, featuring closet space and drawers.


All bed linens are provided for your stay.


The villa sleeps either 6 people in the three bedrooms or 8 if using the sofa bed in the living area.


Bathrooms

2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.


The master bedroom has an en suite which includes a wet room (roll-in shower) with grab/hand-rails, this includes a rainfall shower head, plus a handheld adjustable shower head. This en suite also comprises a wheelchair accessible sink, along with a pull-down hand-rail beside the toilet.


A shower chair is available for guests upon request. A shower bar is also available.


An alarmed door opens directly on to the pool deck.


Within the second bathroom there is also a pull down hand-rail beside the toilet, a single sink and a bath which includes a shower, which also has a hand rail. This bathroom serves both the twin and double bedroom.


Games Room

Our garage is converted in to a Games Room and features a pool table and air hockey, we also use this area to store some of our accessibility equipment.


Pool


Removable wheelchair ramps are available for use at the front door and the door to the pool area. property has been specifically modified to include a battery powered chairlift in to the pool and also an accessible handrail to support entry into the water.


The Chairlift battery charger is located in the games room.


Outside the rear of villa near the swimming pool, there is another table with 4 chairs and 4 loungers so you can soak up the beautiful sunshine on our west facing deck.


Large French patio doors give direct access to the pool deck with a lovely view out to the flora and fauna of Florida. There is also a mesh/lanai covering the whole pool area.


The pool can be heated for $35 per day and this is recommended between the months of November and April.


The pool is serviced weekly, so it stays clean and safe to swim in but please be aware there is no guard fence around the pool. There are alarms on the backdoor to the pool area to alert you if anyone goes into the pool area.


Outside
Our home is situated in the heart of Highgrove close to the communal facilities. Our pool deck backs on to a large grassed area which.

Walmart and a Medical Centre are both a short drive away.

The community has a very well equipped clubhouse, A huge pool and Spa, a Gym and lounge areas. Above all however, Highgrove benefits from an excellent location making it possible to be in Disneyworld in under 10 miles,


Garage

Parking: There is room for two standard vehicles on the Driveway only (No Large Trucks, SUVs, Mini Bus or Commercial Vehicles), there is no on street parking allowed at any of our homes.

Accessible
We have endeavoured to make our home as accessible as possible for everyone.

We have adapted our entrance, bathrooms and pool area so you can access and exit our property smoothly, the pool area is a haven and will give our guests the opportunity to get in and out of the beautiful blue water with ease.

Our home is all one level and can be navigated with ease.

Located just off the western end of popular HWY192. High Grove allows access to every attraction in the Central Florida area, with Disney World, Orlando just 10 miles away.
This established and gated community provides spacious and well-maintained accommodation. Right on High Grove's doorstep you'll find a handy Wal Mart or Publix supermarket, shopping, restaurants and fast food galore. The I-4 is within easy reach and will take you to other major attractions locally and if you explore further afield you can reach the Atlantic or the Gulf coast.
