This spacious 1 bedroom + den condominium is a 5 minute walk to the harbor and a 10 minute walk to Redondo beach. This tranquil setting will not disappoint. Peace and quiet, we have you covered. Fun in the sun, you are sure to find that here! Beautiful sunsets, fresh ocean breezes, local eateries and hand crafted cocktails are all just steps away. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, family adventure or a corporate stay, our property is sure to meet your needs.
The space
Our property has one private bedroom and one den that is open to the main living area but has curtains that can be completely closed for privacy. The main bedroom has one queen bed and the den has a pull out double bed. There is also a twin air mattress available. You can dine indoor or outdoors on the patio during your stay. The property has no air conditioning but there are two ceiling fans and several freestanding fans available for circulation.
Guest access
The entire property is private during your stay. You also have access to covered parking in the garage, a shared laundry area and a community pool & spa.
Other things to note
A rental agreement is required to be turned into the homeowner's association per the HOA rules along with guest's vehicle information. A credit check and/or a larger security deposit may be required for longer stays. Contact host for more info. We are unable to accommodate pet requests as owner has allergies.
