Are you looking for a peaceful, country setting with the convenience of going to Nashville? If so, look no further! Welcome to your getaway! It is located in Ashland City & is about 35 mins from Nashville or 30 mins from Clarksville. You can soothe your soul here, surrounded by nature & the birds chirping. Sip on a cocktail around the fire, relax in the outdoor hot tub, snuggle up on the couch with a good book, or take a scenic drive. Please read house rules prior to booking. No pets or parties.
The space
If you are looking for a place to unwind close to Nashville or Clarksville, this is your place!! Our place is located about 35 mins from Nashville or about 30 mins from Clarksville, TN. There is plenty of space outdoors to walk, relax, spend time with the family, with your friends to catch up, or just recharge from the busyness of life. Attending a wedding? We are very close and convenient to lots of local wedding venues in the area.

Guests have the entire house to themselves. Maximum occupancy is 6.

About our house:
*Features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
*Master Bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet with built-in drawers, bench, nightstand, and lamp table. The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, sink, and plenty of cabinet space.
*Guest bedrooms feature Queen and Full-size beds with each having its own private bathroom.
*Upstairs bedrooms come with ceiling fans.
*Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, newer cabinets, and granite countertops.
*Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, drinkware, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and coffee, or tea maker.
*Dining space for the meals eaten at the house. (Please do not eat in the beds).
*Cozy living room with a wall-mounted, flat-screen, smart TV to entertain you. We do not offer you cable, but you can log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube TV, or another streaming account to keep watching. *There is unlimited high-speed fiber internet available for all these services.
*We offer several amenities including toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), small snacks, starter coffee pods, starter creamer, and some sugar. If you forget something else needed at home, then reach out to see if we have it available there for you. If not, there is a dollar general close to the house to grab anything additional that you need.
*Other amenities include towels, linens, iron, ironing board, etc.
*Washer and Dryer
*You have access to the front and back porches/patio areas, back yard fire pit area, and the outdoor hot tub (please see rules for hot tub). These areas are perfect for listening to the peaceful sounds of nature, enjoying a cup of coffee, or tea, or winding down.
* Corn hole boards
*Parking: There is plenty of parking for several cars and even a truck pulling a trailer if you need that kind of space....literally plenty of parking.
*There is not a garage or access to either of the garages on the property, please stay away from those areas as well as the container and items around the container that sits out in the field. These areas are monitored with outdoor surveillance cameras.
*While we do not offer an unlimited set of supplies, there should be plenty of starters for our guests to get settled.
*For longer stays (4-5 days+), we recommend you bring "extras". We provide a "starter kit" only.

Our property offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Guest access
*Guests have access to the entire home, except for the attached & detached garage areas, the container area, and the owner's closets.

*Guests will be provided access information for their stay prior to their check-in time. We try to offer early check-in when requested but always guarantee it will be ready by 4pm cst.

*Max guests: 6
*Plenty of parking
*We are in the "country", so if you are looking for a place with things to do within walking distance of the property, this is not the place for you. Depending on your cell phone service provider, you could have spotty calls dropping. AT&T, Verizon, or Major providers tend to work the best but that is who we have our experience with there.
*There is a dollar general market about 10 mins or less from the property, if you are looking for bigger shopping options, there is a Wal-Mart Supercenter, a Food Lion grocery store, as well as a Cash Saver grocery store in town ranging from 15 to 20 mins from the property (depending on which one you visit).
*Food delivery is limited, if non-existent. So make sure you have what you need. Amazon and Wal-Mart (online options, not food) do deliver to the house. Wal-Mart does offer the curbside pick-up option at our local location as well.
*If you are using GPS, please note some GPS systems have a tendency to say you have arrived but have not. Please confirm the address on the mailbox upon your arrival & photos of the house.
*Remember, you are in a "country" setting at this home. There are bugs, so you may need to bring or purchase bug spray for your stay. You may see deer, turkey, and other outdoor animals but they don’t usually come close to the house or people.
*While we do stock our property with basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, snacks, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, we do not provide an unlimited amount of supplies.
* We provide a "starter kit" only. We recommend you bring "extras", especially for longer stays (3+ nights).
*We inventory towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. before and after each guest's stay. We will charge if items are missing or damaged such as towels, bedding, kitchenware, furniture, etc.
*No pets, No exceptions!
*No parties or events
*No smoking, no vaping of ANY kind inside the premises of the home. If you smoke outside of the premises, please dispose of your cigarette butts in the provided containers but NOT on our grass or lawn. There will be containers outside the house for you to dispose of your cigarette butts in them.
*No loud music
*No lighting of candles
*No destructive behavior allowed. Examples but not limited to, No dying hair at the property, No horseplay to cause damage to the house, jumping on the bed, or misuse of the furniture. Be respectful of our property. This is someone's home. Report any damages that occur during your stay, please!
