Family Weekend

This house is gorgeous!! We only stayed for the weekend, but wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a nice oasis for my teenagers. Everything was perfect with our stay!! If you want a cabin in the woods for a relaxed vacation or weekend away, this is the place for you!!

The cabin was clean, and very beautiful. The secluded area was very relaxing. The porch was beautiful. We really enjoyed the relaxing vibes. The dual AC system upstairs and downstairs was very nice. The mateesses were not very comfortable and there were not enough dishes for the number of guests. Place settings for 8 when we have 5 guests would prevent us having to wash dishes every single time we eat. The master bed mattress is smaller than the frame and I fell into it a couple of times. The mattress needs to either be firm or at least the same size as the frame to avoid the space in between the mattress and frame. The large master bath was very relaxing and enjoyable. I could not find any spray cleaner or mop for cleaning up. The stove top is damaged likely due to the fact there is no stove top cleaner to protect it. The ice maker is not working, which is fine if we had known we needed to run out to get ice. The stainless steel large skillet has burnt black stuff all over it. The real Tupperware for leftovers was a great extra touch! The surround sound in the living room made for a great movie night! We did enjoy the cabin and would likely return, we will just pack different for the kitchen since we cook at least two meals every day when we travel. The cabin is close enough to all the fun of Nashville while still feeling like we were out in the country! It was a great trip! The host was very nice and responded very quickly to inquiries.

Beautiful property tucked just far enough away from Nashville to create a retreat experience, while being close enough to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. This cabin and amenities are better than described.The driveway is gravel, however the grading is well done and our Mercedes sedan had zero issues or concerns navigating it. Plenty of parking space. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the pans/glassware/bakeware/plates/utensils you need to prepare and serve your own meals. Tons of fridge/freezer space. No salt/pepper or spices and i did not expect there would be, just make sure to add those things to your grocery prep list like we did. Uber Eats does deliver to this address. The bathrooms were well laid out, had fluffy towels and I absolutely loved the rainfall shower head! We had been contemplating installing one in our master bath and this locked in our decision lol. Wifi was great. I was able to log into and out of my own streaming accounts on both the bedroom TV and the MASSIVE living room TV (which also had a great surround sound system for our Saturday College Football rot day). Overall fantastic experience and beautiful property. We will definitely book again if we make another long weekend trip out this way.
