Parking is located in the parking garage under the house. Rent bikes, golf carts, drive within 10 minutes or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 minutes away (depending on traffic!).

Pets are acceptable with one time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy in summer months from the amusement park across the street and restaurant below.

Park in the designated spot
Leave shoes at the door to reduce the amount of sand in the unit
No towels or clothing over balconies (outside furniture ok)
Please do not feed birds off the balcony
Please follow check-in & check-out procedures closely
Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
Please do NOT put extremely sandy clothing or towels in washer or dryer
Allowing children or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES is prohibitive!
