This place was great and had plenty of room for our group. Easy and convenient spot to base out of and head to Sand Hallow park for off-roading (only takes about 4 min). Host was accommodating and helpful when needed.

Good communication with host. Lots of room for everyone. Hot tub. My only issue was related to the heat regulation. Both thermostats upstairs. Made it difficult to keep downstairs warm at night and not overheat the upstairs.

Great Family Get away

The property was great and fit our family of 8 more than comfortably. Every room had its own bathroom. Our kids had a blast at the private pool and with the game options provided. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay!

The house was big, beautiful, and had enough space for four generations, all 20 of us, to be comfortable. Check in was easy, the host was easy to contact although there wasnā€™t even really anything to contact them about. Will definitely look at stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great house

This property was great. All rooms have their own bathroom which was very convenient. Only issue we had was no hot water for the first night. The instant water heater was not turned on. No offer of restitution from the property manager.

2024 Hurricane stay

Loved this house. It had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. We had a great time swimming in the hous pool, going on walks, playing pool and spending family time. The house was sort of hard to find. I had copied 1604 s Oxford on the Vrbo site. That is what I was going by and not the emails from the property manager. My mistake but confusing for a minute Great rental and clos to sand dunes hiking and water

Perfect, perfectly Large and spacious

We were looking for a place to stay with our two children. Our son is attending a school in hurricane. The owner was very gracious and that he had a Christmas tree there as I wanted to be able to celebrate Christmas with my son since we did not spend it with him that year. The house is in perfect condition. I am going to give a couple of suggestions, but did not feel it would be fair to deduct any stars. Firstly, I would have laminated instructions throughout the entire house on how to operate the heater. Have instructions written down for every single piece of equipment such as the washer, dryer, pool covers, etc. The more informed guest is, the less trouble in the long run. My last and final suggestion to the owner would be, to have the text interaction come across as a little bit friendlier. Affability goes a long way. I also just suggest finding a way for Guest to receive Amazon purchases as in this day and age, it's just a given. We stay at many hotels and every single hotel allows packages to be delivered there. To the owner, thank you again for the thoughtfulness of having the tree there.

Great place for Christmas / Zion Access

My family (5 adults, 1 3yr old and 1 dog) stayed here over Christmas so we could do some hiking in Zion. Perfect layout with lots of room to cook, eat, and hang out together. Overall, we had a great time and loved the place. Here are a few things to be aware of: 1)The beds are very firm memory foam. I asked before renting since they give us back problems and I was assured they were not memory foam. Fortunately, we slept without issue. 2) While the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there were no potholders, dish towels, or spices, 3) The check-in instructions said there would be a QR code on the fridge with FAQs. It was not there. 4) There are two thermostats upstairs but none downstairs (that we could find). The upstairs temp was fine but the downstairs didn't get warm. 5) The water heater shut off on our last evening. We called for help and luckily go the issue resolved quickly. It was an easy fix and instructions should be attached to the water heater. 6) Bath towels were functional but not very nice. All of that being said, please don't let my comments dissuade you from staying here. We would stay again without hesitation.
