A wonderful place. Very clean, a well equipped kitchen, and a host with whom it was easy to communicate — all these made for a great stay. We appreciated the special touches- Chicago guidebooks, coffee and tea supplied, and a nice selection of board games. A great neighborhood, too, with an excellent selection of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great location, very close to the train. Neighborhood is very walkable and you can find anything you may need in just a short walk. Streets are really crowded with parked cars so it was awesome we had a garage. Host was always available, if needed (we did not though…great place).

Very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master was amazing! Close to restaurants. We had a garage to park in which was a plus! Aaron got back to me right away if I had a question. Was a great experience all around. When we come back to Chicago we will definitely stay here again.

Truly, a home away from home, this apartment is a quiet, neighborhood gem. Conveniently located near the Brown line - traveling in and around the city proper is made simple. It’s very clean, spacious, and comfortable - I would choose it again in a heartbeat - and highly recommend it to you! The host is helpful/attentive, and has created a space that is cheery and has everything you need to enjoy your Chicago stay!

Great Place for Families

My daughter and her family stayed here along with me - it was a great location, safe, and the host was very responsive! Very clean and well furnished! Would definitely stay again!!

We needed some extra space in the neighborhood for a birthday weekend and Aaron's spot was perfect. Plenty of bedroom space and a really lovely place overall. My girlfriends said it was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything they needed--they appreciated the coffee for the mornings! We did not end up needing parking, but it is great to have the option. For those not familiar with the neighborhood, it is also very accessible to the Brown line to get downtown. I would definitely stay again if I need some extra space!

The listing was accurate. Nice clean space plenty of amenities.Great waterfall shower! Check the dishwasher for the silverware! Nice to have garage parking. Right next to cta brown line. Great experience.

A Quick Concert Weekend

This was the perfect house for our quick little getaway to see a concert at Wrigley. Right by the L, the location was convenient yet still quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property in a great location!

The property exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to the brown line and walkable to several restaurants. Aaron was great to communicate with and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Quick girls trip

The place was great and very clean. Aaron was great with messages and replying quickly. The garage is a tight squeeze and don’t recommend for a big car. We had a mini van and it was tight!

Our family really enjoyed staying in Aaron's home! It was right next to the Kedzie stop on the Brown Line so getting anywhere by CTA was a breeze. Right nearby there are some really nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and other shops. We loved the drinks at Bokeh and the coffee at Khepri. The neighborhood felt very safe.The home is well stocked with all sorts of amenities that will make your stay comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived and you can tell it is well maintained. The kitchen even had tupperware and plenty of cooking utensils! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Chicago.

Our family of 4 - 2 teens and my husband and I - stayed here for 3 nights while we saw Chicago. The house is very spacious, kitchen ample and well stocked to be able to cook (we made a few meals) and the place is right next to an L Station! The beds are very comfy. We had a car that we used a couple of times but mostly kept in the onsite garage and didn't have to worry about street parking. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. We hit up Perfect Brunch Bros, a block down from the house - delicious!! Definitely would return to this location if we come back to Chicago!

We did not cook. We were at the Vrbo for a wedding weekend. All weekend was devoted to that. No time to explore the neighborhood. My only complaint would be the mold on the window and windowsill in he bathroom. Everything else about it was great.

Just Like Home

Chicago is home to me, and Albany Park was my first home and your place brought back all of those wonderful memories. It was a homecoming trip for my wife and kids, and to say that they loved it and felt at home is an understatement. If the chance arises for to have a need or want to stay at a Vrbo again, you can bet that we will be looking to stay here again. It was well decorated, it was comfortable, came with everything you could think of needing, the price was fair, the neighborhood was home with plenty of nice people and the host was outstanding. Easiest 5 start review I’ve ever given! Thank you for everything Aaron, keep up the great work!

Train is right next door but about 45 mins from downtown on the train so we spent a lot of time there. Also a bit of a noisy neighborhood right out the bedroom windows.
