Enjoy the best of Lake Wallenpaupack in this Lakefront Chalet which is located on mile plus wide North Eastern section of Lake Wallenpaupack, settting the stage for dramatic sunsets. The views include one of the wider expanses of the lake, stretching out a mile across toward Epply Island. Bring your boat and tie up to our dock, and enjoy beautiful relaxing days on the water. Barbecue on the Deck or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy campfires at lakeside.

The chalet includes a loft bedroom with a Queen size bed and Private full bath and 2 main floor bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one with 2 twins, and a 2nd full bath. The large glass windows provide magnificent views of the lake, sunsets, moonlit nights reflecting on the lake, and large pine trees on the shoreline.

The Sunset View chalet is located at the end of a private road, with only 3 other houses, so the setting is relatively private. The dock is located right in front of the house and is shared with our Sunset View Cabin. The cabin has wifi and streaming high def tv.

This property is next to our Sunset View Cabin (Homeaway.com #4137262) and both properties can be rented for larger events, family reunions, etc.!

If you are a looking for a great location for family fun and relaxing reunions with friends this is the spot. However, if you are looking for a place to have a loud all night party this would not be a good location as we are in a family-friendly area and the township enforces a 10pm noise curfew. Guests typically bring their own towels and bed linens, bed sizes are 2 Queen size beds, 2 Twins and a Full size sofa bed. However, towel and linen service is available at additional cost if needed. Just let us know. Sorry, pets are not permitted.
