Absolutely gorgeous, large 4 bed villa with big private freeform swimming pool, with rock waterfall and superb water slide. Wonderfully attractive gardens, plus big sun terrace with covered seating areas and an outdoor bar. There are three en-suite double bedrooms plus a large pool house with double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and living room.

This is a beautiful, highly luxurious 4 bed villa with a large private pool, with beautiful rock waterfall and fantastic water slide that is great fun for all. The main house consists of three en-suite double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms have spacious balconies with furniture. Downstairs there is a large living/dining room with well equipped European style kitchen. All the bedrooms plus the living room have large flat screen TV's offering a wide selection of cable channels. The master and second bedrooms also have DVD players, as does the sitting room. The master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe/dressing area with a electronic safe in the wardrobe (there is another electronic safe in the second bedroom upstairs). There is broadband wifi internet throughout.

On the other side of the large freeform swimming pool, which has a lovely rock waterfall with a large, curved water slide running down it, there is a separate guest house, with spacious living room, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. There are good sized and beautifully landscaped gardens.

To the side of the main house, there is an outdoor bar and sun terrace with sunbeds and covered seating. Around the corner, there is a newly covered full size pool table.

The house has a well equipped kitchen with oven, hobs, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, etc. As well as the fridge in the kitchen, there are drinks fridges in the master bedroom and the guest house.

This villa has a sister villa next door, reached via a private door that is normally locked. Subject to availability, both villas can be booked to accommodate a total of up to 14 guests. Once the door is unlocked and opened it is essentially a single compound.

The Pratumnak Hill area is probably the most exclusive address in greater Pattaya, being home to many beautiful homes, including the Palace of the Princess. Just around the corner, a few hundred metres away, you can find several of the city's finest restaurants, including Brunos, Mata Hari, Manhattans, Indian by Nature, Cabbages and Condoms, etc.

Pratumnak is also home to a number of five star hotels including the Sheraton and the Royal Cliff, which also offer several fine dining options as well as other facilities including the Royal Cliff's fantastic fitness club. The Asia Hotel has a very convenient pitch and putt golf course (for golf enthusiasts, Pattaya has one of the finest selections of quality golf courses anywhere in the World). It is five minutes into both Pattaya and Jomtien from Pratumnak and both are easily reached by public transport including Baht buses and motorcycle taxis. Air-con meter taxis are also available. Just down the road from the villa is Pratumnak Beach which is arguably the nicest beach in and around Pattaya. There is also Pratumnak Park for those who fancy an evening stroll.
