DETAILED FEATURES:

Living Room - The living room is a comfortable place to plan your days out or come put your feet up after a full day exploring & beach going. An oversized plush sofa with deep cushions, seats every guest comfortably. You can kick back and watch your favorite TV show or movie using one of our many streaming services.

Breakfast Nook - The breakfast nook table fits 4-6 comfortably and is the perfect place to grab a quick bite before your beach day! This area is open to the living room and kitchen with full views of the gorgeous backyard.

Dining Room - The dining table can easily fit 9 people for any big family meals you have planned while staying with us. Dining room is located right off the entryway.

Kitchen - Stainless steel appliances (+ ice maker!), brand new granite countertops and floors, plus more than enough pots, pans, and utensils required to cook for your stay. Two coffee makers, a tea kettle, organic coffee, tea and sugar all provided. Central to the home, the kitchen is located right off of the living room and dining area.

Movie Room - Our movie room features a small sofa and comfy chair with a large TV perfect for watching movies after a long day at the beach. This room also features a working cinema style popcorn maker and several games and puzzles for the whole family!

The Terrace - Where you will most likely be spending a lot of your time when you aren’t enjoying the beautiful beaches! Our gorgeous terrace features all the amenities you could possibly want from a saltwater hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with sink and mini fridge and plenty of seating for the whole family. We recommend having at least one of your meals out on the relaxing terrace while staying with us. :)

Primary Suite - King bed equipped with name brand mattress. Soft tones keep this room relaxing and peaceful, while blackout curtains, and a white noise machine promote a fantastic night's sleep. The primary bedroom suite also includes a private bathroom featuring a gorgeous walk in shower, huge soaking tub, separate vanities and water closet. Enjoy the walk in closet stocked with two spa robes and extra blankets. There is also a mounted TV in the suite.

Bedroom 2 - Two full size beds equipped with brand name mattress. This room is a little oasis with tones of sage green and gold making it the perfect place to cozy up after a long day. Equipped with blackout curtains, extra blankets, a closet and a TV.

Bedroom 3 - Two bunk beds and a day bed. One set of bunks features twin sized mattresses while the other set of bunks feature full sized mattresses. There is also a twin sized day bed in this room. This space is perfectly cozy featuring blackout curtains, extra blankets, and a TV.

Bathroom 2 - Located between bedroom 2 & 3 this full bathroom is everything you need with a tub/shower combo, beautiful vanity with lots of storage space and all of the plush towels you could need.

Laundry Room - Our laundry room features a brand new washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.



PARKING

Please ONLY park in the driveway. There is plenty of room for 4-5 cars. We ask that you do not park in front of the house or anywhere else in the culdesac so we do not block any of our neighbors' driveways.
