The home was easy to find, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The views from the dining room are absolutely *to die for*, and being right on the sound was truly magnificent — peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing mornings.A few things to be aware of: You must use the **front door** to access the apartment, pool house, and pool area, as the back door only leads to the deck. Unfortunately, we also experienced a **major leak in the owner’s bathroom**. Although it was reported early, it wasn’t addressed until the day before our departure. The leak came from the tub and soaked the entire bathroom floor, spreading into the bedroom closet and causing a foul smell throughout the stay. Additionally, the **door handle** on one bedroom kept falling off, and the **fire alarm batteries** were not replaced when requested.Location-wise, it’s about a **4-minute drive** to both Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay, and roughly **25 minutes** to Grace Bay.Overall, the property has great potential thanks to the location and views, but it definitely needs more attentive maintenance to provide the best experience for guests.
