THE SPACE
This HYVE condo is laid out with groups in mind, with a huge open living space that makes it easy for everyone to be together. The main living area centers around a generous seating zone with a smart TV, and a large dining table anchors the room, perfect for shared meals, game nights, or spreading out laptops and planners. A well-equipped kitchen sits just off this space so coffee, snacks, and simple meals are always within easy reach. Two bedrooms each feature a comfortable king bed, while a third bedroom includes two queen beds set side by side, ideal for friends or family sharing a room. A queen sofa bed in the living area adds even more flexibility when your headcount shifts or someone decides to join last minute.

Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to the action without staying directly on Broadway. Rideshares are fast and frequent, and many downtown attractions are a short drive or quick scooter ride away. It’s an ideal location if you want a refined, comfortable landing spot while making the most of Nashville’s nightlife, events, and entertainment.

★Amenities & Building Facilities★
Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.

★Smoke-Free Home & Community★
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit, any common areas, including hallways, courtyards, pool areas, parking garages, or condo balconies. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.

★Supplies & Essentials★
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.

★Families & Baby Gear★
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.

★Maintenance & Repairs★
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.

★Trash, Recycling & Cardboard★
A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.

★Trains, Noise & Soundproofing★
Freight trains run directly behind Hyve along the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit.

★Urban Location & Nearby Mission★
Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting.

★Building Security & Access ★
Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.

The condo was great! Very clean and spacious just as pictured . The venues and restaurants we wanted to go to were easily accessible via an Uber, scooter or a 15 minute walk. There was 24/7 security and the location was very secure. Pool was great too!

Perfect spot

Condo was spacious and clean with a very modern feel. Building was pretty quiet. Common area with pool and grills and ping pong was a great hang out spot between activities even though weather didn’t cooperate for swimming. Gym area had a good selection for small gym and was very clean. Our unit did not have a balcony; however, others in the building did. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table in our living room. Close to downtown.

Large Space and Great Building

The overall space was amazing. The living room was large and tons of room in the kitchen for a large group. Beds were very comfortable. The only things I didn’t realize was there was no patio and the bedrooms didn’t have windows, which wasn’t a problem for us, but might be for some people. Overall, it was great Building and our guest had a ton of fun at the pool.
