With versatile sleeping arrangements, including a pack-n-play for infants, it suits families or groups. Guests can enjoy the covered deck or Great Room with panoramic mountain and meadow views. Modern comforts include dual-zone central air conditioning, heated floors, ceiling fans, high-speed WIFI, entertainment options with HD TVs in all bedrooms and the Great Room, and a game room with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and a laundry area for guest use. The Great Room offers a picturesque window with beautiful panoramic views. It features a gas fireplace with a custom mantle, complemented by rustic wood ceiling beams and a 50" HD TV. Plush seating arrangements offer relaxation, including a sofa, a love seat, and a recliner. Accessible from the Great Room is a large, covered deck with a propane grill and comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying mountain vistas, aspen trees, wildlife sightings, and stargazing. The fully equipped kitchen has a large custom quartz dining table that comfortably seats eight guests. Conveniently located on the main level is a powder room with a custom rustic sink, laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing facilities, and an attached one-car garage that provides added convenience.

LOWER LEVEL
At the lower level, guests are greeted by additional accommodations. There is a large Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, a custom ponderosa wood headboard, a 32" HD TV, and an attached bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower. Another bedroom has a King-sized bed with a custom beetle kill lodgepole pine wood headboard and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors. The twin bedroom of the home offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two Twin XL Beds, which can be joined to form a King Bed. This room also features a bathroom with heated floors and a shower/tub combination. A game room features a small table with two chairs, bean bag chairs, and a media cabinet with a 32" HD TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, chess, checkers, and a selection of board games, books, and DVDs. Additionally, a common area with a desk, lamp, and full-length mirror offers ample space for formal attire preparation. Accessible from this level, a covered patio provides a serene setting to appreciate the surrounding aspen trees, mountain views, and wildlife sightings.
