Step inside, and you're greeted by a spacious interior designed for comfort. However, you didn’t come to Estes Park to spend your days inside and Soaring Eagle has the outside space you’ve been thinking of. There is a large deck off the great room with two glider-rocking chairs, and tables and chairs for outdoor meals, games or conversation. There is also a lower level patio that brings the river just a little closer with a hot tub and gas grill.

On this level, two bedrooms beckon—a primary suite boasting a king-sized bed, river views, and an attached bathroom, while a second bedroom offers a queen bed with easy access to a full bathroom nearby. With just two steps to traverse, accessibility is ensured for our guests.

Completing this level is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a convenient half bathroom.

Outside the lower level, a large patio commands a stunning view of the river, accompanied by a beckoning hot tub. Keep in mind that the house will be inspected after you leave and before it is cleaned. We require our guests to respect, take care of the property and to leave it in a condition substantially similar to how it was received. Any damage to the house will be charged to the guest(s). We pursue this aggressively

Pets nor animals are allowed at the property. $1000 fine for violations. Strictly Enforced. You will not be blamed for local wildlife.

For parking at this property you may park in the driveway or in the garage. No more then 3 cars can be in the driveway.
