HUGE HOUSE for family gatherings! Fire pit, Jacuzzi, BBQ. Game Room has karaoke machine, Pacman, NBA Jam/Hangtime and foosball table. All rooms except the “Super Hero” room have a king size bed & TV. 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath for a total of 4 bathrooms.
Big backyard with playground & private JACUZZI.
Only 5 minutes away from UVU. 15 mins to BYU. 25 mins to Sundance. 3 car garage & big driveway. Guests have access to the whole property except the basement. It has a separate entrance. Tenants in basement only have access to the basement. Walking distance to Utah lake with lots of trails, splashpad & huge parks. About a mile away from Trax. This property is great for large gatherings.

This house was such a perfect fit for our weekend getaway! Plenty of room for two families to stay comfortably. Hot tub and game room made it so fun for the kids. Everything was clean and nice! Would definitely recommend!

The best rental experience yet! Very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated with no clutter. Great communication. Check in AND OUT were a breeze. Exactly as advertised.

Pros: Beautiful Home! very clean & plenty of room for many people.Cons: 5 forks? and no plastic ware for backup (when it clearly houses up to 16 people)Be prepared to take your own saran wrap, alum foil, kleenex and spices if you want more than salt/pepper.

Great place to stay

My daughter’s wedding was in Provo and we wanted to all stay together instead of 4 hotel rooms. The house was beautiful. I would stay here again.

This property was a great fit for our family of 16. We loved how it felt like home and everyone enjoyed using the game room and kicking back on the sofa in the open floor plan. It was also a perfect location, close to restaurants & stores & freeway access is within minutes

Great place for a large group!

Well maintained, beautiful home with lots of space! It was perfect for our daughter’s wedding! The bridesmaids all enjoyed the bunk bed room. One last friend sleepover before the bride got married!!

We stayed at this property for a wedding. Plenty of room for a large group. Bunk room was great for the teenagers.

Great for large family

The house is nicely furnished and had plenty of sleeping options. The owner was easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to an issue we had, and found an acceptable solution. I can acknowledge things happen, and it would not deter me from renting again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a great stay! Spacious rooms, clean, cute. We had a blast with the karaoke machine and Packman. Nice big kitchen. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Retreat!

This house was a perfect setting for our first ever teacher overnight retreat! The house was new, clean, and perfect for our large gathering. We had a great time in the spacious kitchen and family room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The check-in and our process was easy and communication was awesome! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for a fabulous time! Loved the big garage for cars and the hot tub made our January weekend a blast!

Nice, large property!

Fun home to stay in! Plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the game room and the strider bike in the backyard was a bonus. We really liked having the use of the huge garage. The property manager was very responsive and willing to remedy any issues. The location worked out well for us as well.

Nice Roomy Home

The check-in process was very easy. We weren't made aware that there would be tenants in the basement until we arrived. There was a sign on the refrigerator that informed us of the tenants. It wasn't an issue, but it would have been nice to know prior to booking. Some rooms, including the Master bedroom, had very uncomfortable beds. The game room was a hit with the family. We stayed at a house that we rented in AZ the day prior that was so accommodating and welcoming with the supplies they provided, the amenities, and furnishings. They really set the hospitality bar high. For this property, the location is great, in a nice neighborhood in proximity to the lake, restaurants, and stores, such as Walmart. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them about the Wi-Fi issues. Although this property fell a little short of our expectations, we were very appreciative that the property was roomy enough to accommodate our family.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and fit our extended family perfectly. The rooms are all good sized and the kids loved the queen bunk bed room. The game room was a fun spot to hang out in at night and the hot tub was nice when it was cold out. There was construction going on directly behind the house (they’re building more houses), but the noise didn’t bother us at all. When we initially booked the listing didn’t indicate that there were tenants in the basement of this house. I was concerned at first and messaged the property host who confirmed that there were two college students living there, but they didn’t have access to the main house, backyard, or garage. Besides their cars in the driveway, we didn’t even notice they were there. The property host was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in early, which was great and super helpful. The only negatives were that the cookware was cheap and heavily scratched non stick pots and pans, which we deemed unusable. Kinda a bummer considering we bought a bunch of ingredients to make omelets for breakfast each morning (we weren’t able to do so and wasted a lot of eggs). We also ran out of toilet paper in three of the bathrooms and couldn’t find any extras in all the usual places. We ended up stumbling across a 4 pack the morning we were checking out, which was in a random kitchen cupboard next to the fridge. Overall though, a wonderful place to stay!

Good extended family rental

We had 4 different families staying altogether for BYU Education week. The house has lots of space for all of us. Master bed is on the main floor, 4 large bedrooms and a loft upstairs with good space between the bedrooms for privacy and different sleeping beds needs. Kitchen had a large walk in pantry, lots of counter top space, and many appliances. I didn't see an instant pot, and only found 1 large bowl. The hot tub was nice and clean with adjustable speed jets, and the game room was on the main floor, in a room with it's own door. The beds were good, I have to have a soft mattress and these were fine (except for the bunk bed room, which my teens said the mattresses were hard). The bunk bed room has two sets of QUEEN size beds. All the other bedrooms were king size. Upstairs there is also a separate laundry room with a sink that is helpful when everyone is brushing teeth at the same time. There is a tenant that lives downstairs, that have their own entrance outside, but there is a door inside the house that leads to the basement, which is locked on the tenent side, we missed that detail when booking. But we would definitely stay there again! This will be our go-to house when we have a big extended family group going to Ed week!

Be Warned if you have pets! Even though the listing shows pet friendly and also says "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees" this is NOT the case. When I booked the house, I included the total amount of people staying and said I was bringing a pet. I was never told I needed to do anything else.There is no mention of any pet fees on the listing like other pet friendly homes. After my stay, I was charged an extra 300 for the "pet fee" and "cleaning charges" for a "stain" on a comforter that we did NOT cause. It's funny that I'm charged a "cleaning fee" when the house was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The kitchen was dirty. The coffee machine was filthy and still had coffee grounds in it from the previous user. We had to clean and rewash everything. We weren't able to use the Jacuzzi because it had a bad smell, so we didn't want to chance getting into it. We thouroughly cleaned the house before we left but the host was upset because she found white dog hair. I have a golden retriever and even though he didn't get on the furniture, it's not always possible to control where the hairs land that fly through the air. If dog hair is that much of an issue, it shouldn't be a "pet friendly" home. I wouldn't worry about cleaning before you leave, you will be charged for something anyway.
