The space
Step inside this bright, 4,500 sq. ft. luxury retreat, a stunning 7-bedroom estate designed for comfort and connection for up to 16 guests. The main floor features an open-concept family room with an electric fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, a formal dining area, and a quiet sitting area. For entertainment, you'll find board games and a ping pong table.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 7-bedroom home, the fully fenced backyard, and all private amenities. This includes the pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, and direct access to the private lake across the street.

* **Private Entrance**: Guests can self-check-in upon arrival.

* **Full Access**: No spaces are shared; the entire property is yours to enjoy.

* **Amenities**: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

* **Laundry**: A laundry room with a washer and dryer is provided for your use.

* **Family Gear**: A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for those traveling with little ones.

* **Guidebook**: You will receive a full electronic guidebook 3 days before check-in with all the details for your stay.

Other things to note
* **Pool Season**: The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend to October 1st. It can be heated for $200/night. Please note that if nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater may struggle to maintain a comfortable temperature.

* **Court Equipment**: Please bring your own rackets, paddles, and balls to use the private tennis and pickleball courts.

* **Garbage Disposal**: Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not throw loose garbage into the cans.

* **Check-in/Out**: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested 24 hours in advance for an additional fee, but approval is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

* **Deliveries & Lost Items**: We are not responsible for lost personal items or for packages delivered to the property before or after your stay.

* **Travel Insurance**: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

* **Pets:**
Pets welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
