Come stay at our 1860's totally updated farmhouse, centrally located in the heart of Michigan Wine country! Fenced in side yard for dogs. One bedroom on main floor, 2 upstairs. Spacious, stylish and comfortable, with an expansive kitchen, home gym and 3 huge bedrooms, 2 en-suites. We lovingly brought this pre-Civil War farmhouse back to life and added every comfort. Heated tile floors throughout, designer finishes and a beautiful farm setting.

Fully gut renovated farmhouse, with hardwood floors, heated tile, and every modern amenity. Spacious huge bedrooms, each with a king bed. 2 bedrooms are en-suite, with the third sharing the upstairs bathroom across the hall. A powder bathroom off the kitchen, and the gym/laundry room connects to the backyard and side patio. 10 minute drive to Weko Beach, 2 miles to Lemon Creek & Domaine Berrien, 3 miles to Dablon

Perfect house in the perfect location. We loved our stay here with friends. It was 6 adults with 2 dogs and we all had room to hang together, relax and visit some wineries. The beds were comfy and it was so nice a quiet. The house was cozy and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We liked the other touches like the record player and albums in the cool loft, wireless speaker in the kitchen and dog towels so we didn’t have muddy paws running around the house. We had so much fun we are already planning to do this again next year.

Great location! Close to the wine trail.The owners made this house a beautiful rental home. They have all the amenities needed. Huge bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Wonderful new kitchen. Family time

Last minute stay and this home was great for my husband and I - our kids and the grandkids! We saw a doe and two fawns as well as two wild turkeys in the fields behind the house. Very close to the wineries if that is the purpose of your trip!

Gorgeous bachelorette winery weekend getaway!

The house is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous, the view of the fields from the backyard was such a beautiful photo op too! SO close to so many wineries as well as Lake Michigan! The kitchen had everything we needed, everything was SO comfortable - it was almost disappointing to leave the house to go to the wineries! We also loved the mugshot print of Tim Allen in the bathroom, hehe!
The high ceiling and wood beams made this kitchen SO high-end
luxury picnic by Pop Up Picnic Detroit in the backyard for dinner!

Every inch of this home was perfect for our stay. From each bedroom, the large sofa, game room, and fully stocked kitchen met all of our needs. Watching the sunrise over the fields in the morning, and yoga time on the backyard patio was enjoyed by all. Chasing fireflies at night was a favorite for the grandkids. Staying in the country and easy driving to many different wonderful Michigan beaches and activities provides the best of both worlds. The host was fantastic!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at Carla’s home. The house is beautiful, and super cozy. The neighbors dog and horse came over to visit us as well. It was quiet and felt like home away from home, and not too far from St Joes to go to the beach and do fun stuff with the kiddos. Would 100% recommend Carla’s house.. (any of them)!

Spacious and comfortable stay

Our family of 6 adults vacationed at this home. It was spacious yet comfortable for our group and our dogs. We loved the large kitchen and the fire pit in the backyard. The home is close to many wineries and only 15-20 minutes away from many "beach" towns and the lake. We highly recommend this stay!

Amazing home

My family and I cannot say enough good things to see about this property. The house was even better than we imagined. The showers were so nice, we never wanted to get out. The beds were clean and so comfortable and O MY GOSH the couch! The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The only thing we couldn’t find was an ice cream scoop and it would have been nice to have a couple of plastic cups for the kids. We didn’t have any to leave!

Beautifully Appointed Victorian Home

My husband and I, along with our little dog Lessa, had an absolutely amazing time here! The attention to detail in this beautifully appointed Victorian home, made our stay comfortable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spotless with every detail thoughtfully arranged. ~ Everything is like you see in the photos-from the spa like bathrooms, comfy front porch (which made a great reading area on the rainy days), serene bedrooms, the most aesthetically pleasing and well taken care of house plants; and Oh…that gorgeous and spacious kitchen (which is what drew us to this place to begin with) ❤️ The location was perfect—close enough driving distance to Antique places (where I found some great pieces), darling local shops, breweries, wineries (one walking distance right down the road) and yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. Nice to get the chance to relax, enjoy the quiet surroundings and the peace a clean home can bring through its beauty. Communication with the owner was seamless; she was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We truly appreciated the comfort and amenities provided. Everything was perfect and we created wonderful memories here.

Well appointed relaxation destination

If you want to get away from it all, relax in natural, quiet surroundings and enjoy a well appointed house with modern amenities and still have access to great restaurants, wineries, breweries, beaches and trails no more than 15 minutes drive away, then this is the vacation home for you! From the moment we settled in we felt rested and relaxed, with comfortable beds on offer, a great kitchen and superb ensuite bathroom and a wonderful outdoor space that was dog-safe, peaceful and with great country views. We easily found great restaurants to dine at, visited a few of the local wineries & breweries and tried out a couple of local trails and visited the dunes. The house itself was very clean on arrival, the size and impression of the rooms far exceeded our expectations from the online photos. A lovely handwritten welcome message for us and we really enjoyed our time at the house. There are a couple of large local supermarkets about a 10 min drive away, so anything you need or forgot to bring with you, is easily resolved. We would definitely consider coming back again with friends and staying longer! Thank you to our hosts and their attention to detail and room design. It was everything we were hoping for and much more.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home! It’s a perfect location to visit so many different wineries. Carla was fantastic to work with and communicated very well! We especially appreciated the amazing country view from the kitchen windows, and the sitting loft! The outdoor space is great too!
