Primary bedroom has a king bed with french doors opening to a deck overlooking large yard and fire-pit. 2 sets of twin Bunk Beds in the Americana suite. Queen Bed in mid century suite. Fireplace, Fire Pit, Large loft upstairs for lounging/reading . Linens/ Towels /Alexa & fire stick provided. Cookware, recipes, full eat in kitchen and breakfast bar. Dust to Dawn lighting Curated Coffee, teas & Wifi
Whether you want to unwind in the cabins large screened in side porch, spend the weekend beach, or shop in the local downtown boutiques and experience local fine dining we have everything there is to offer. From our top local restaurant guide, to our favorite breweries, beaches, distilleries, wineries, seasonal fruits and vegetable picking spots, hiking & biking trails, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.

Perfect holiday getaway! The home was decorated and welcoming. Comfy beds. Cozy family room to gather for games and movies. Our dog and kids loved exploring the yard and nearby pond. Can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Wandering Soul Cabin. The home is even better that it looks in photos, and it had everything we needed for a long weekend away with friends, including tons of toys for little kids. The backyard and the hammock, complimentary s'mores for the firepit, and the walk around the pond were amazing. We used the laundry and grilled and all appliances are high-end and working well. And it's a short distance to New Buffalo, Union Pier, the Warren State Dunes, and Round Barn...all of which we visited during our brief stay. Gina was extremely easy to communicate with, and always replied right away. Can't wait to come back again in the future!

We have been staying at wandering souls for many years and it’s always great. It’s such a comfortable, clean home and lives bigger than a 3 br due to the kids bunk room. It’s a great spot, there are many personal touches that set it apart from a typical vrbo.

Absolutely love this place!!!

We have stayed here 4 times now and love it more each time we stay here! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family stay with being minutes away from access to great beaches!

Great stay for a 3rd year in a row

We had another fantastic stay at Wandering Soul. The property owners are always super thoughtful, and one step ahead. One experience stood out this time. After a rainy night and morning, we were delighted to find they had delivered fresh dry firewood after the weather cleared in the afternoon - our kids were delighted with a surprise s'mores evening!

A beautiful Haven

Hospitality is an art. And Gina and Andrew have created a restful, beautiful haven for their guests to enjoy that nurtures and restores body and soul. The home is situated in a beautiful, well designed landscape that draws you outside to relax, to wander, and to drink in the beauty of their lovely property. The home itself is stylish, well-planned and thoughtfully provisioned for various guests and their varied plans, whether it's a couple on a quiet getaway, or a full house on a Lake vacation. Perfect getaway

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for 2 families (8 people total). Plenty of room and more than enough upscale amenities and personal touches. I’ve never felt so at home at a rental house before! The location was ideal, as well. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Host was very helpful at giving us ideas on where to eat and what to do. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Excellent week!

This was our third time at the house, and everything was wonderful again!! It is the perfect spot for our family. We will be back :) it’s clean, so nicely decorated and perfectly located.

3rd time staying, will be back again

We love this property. So cozy, clean and well decorated. We have stayed here 3 times now. The pond and yard is great for outdoor time and the beach is not to far of a drive. Great beds and comfortable furniture, and great hosts with a passion for hospitality.

This house gets better and better every time!

This was my family's fourth time staying at this property with friends. The house is absolutely wonderful, and every time we stay there are new features for us to enjoy. The house is such a welcoming, relaxing space that we we were thrilled to have a rainy day and an excuse to stay in and enjoy the house and screened in porch. Our kids love the play area and the backyard. The outdoor table is absolutely perfect on warm summer night, and the location is great. We walked to Greenbush for dinner one night and to Infusco for coffee every morning. The house is very close to the beach, vineyards, and all that SW Michigan has to offer, and has a well-stocked kitchen for enjoying the fresh, local produce. We'll definitely be back again!

Perfect in every way

We were looking for a place to call home for a month before moving into our new home and Wandering Soul was perfect in every way. Gina and Andrew are incredible hosts. Fantastic stay!

This place is such a find! Easy access to tons of activities, great place to relax and beautifully furnished. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch, playing in the yard with the kids and fishing in the back pond was a hit!

Return visitors - great house

We just stayed for 2nd consecutive summer. Beautifully decorated with all the necessary provisions. Great yard and pond for fishing, walkable to sawyer yet quiet and peaceful. Owners / managers are so thoughtful and responsive. We will be back

Stay at wandering soul

We loved our stay in Sawyer! The house is clean, nice and owners very accommodating. It’s a perfect place for kids. They loved the play area, and playing around the pond out back. We will be back!

Spotless, beautiful, and relaxing

This is a wonderful space to decompress. I rented it on my own to get some work done and the only thing I was worried about was how often people mentioned it was kid-friendly. Usually places that have seen a lot of kids are worse for the wear, but this home was so pristine it looked like no one had ever been in it before. The pictures are very accurate and the space is very tastefully decorated, the hosts are generous and easy to communicate with, and the grounds are immaculately kept. I really enjoyed eating tomatoes from the vine in the garden. The upstairs is very “kid-friendly” but it was also easy to temporarily move the (albeit very lovely) kid toys into a bedroom and set up a yoga mat. The house is in a cul-de-sac, so there are neighbors and some new construction going on, but it was mostly quiet and all the space at the back of the house is very private. It was also a quick walk to the market for anything you might need food-wise. Everything in the home is very high-end, which is rare (and very generous!). I definitely felt like I got more than my money’s worth.

A+ vacation

This property is beautiful. Truly everything is better than described. The home itself is new, sparkling clean, modern and beautiful. The spaces are ideal for multiple generations (kids loft, first floor master for grandparents who don't like stairs. peaceful porch and screened in porch for parents looking for quiet). The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with all the stuff you need including s'more roasting sticks, cleaning supplies, and even a tall pitcher for making a tall glass of lemonade. We relaxed and tried some fishing, some nearby go-carts and ice cream, climbed the dunes, and had an a fantastic relaxing time. Don't stay anywhere else. (Side note: We had a bit of trouble with local restaurants not doing carryout orders due to being short staffed and we weren't comfortable dining in-person due to the summer crowds. So plan ahead for meal time if you have kids).

Beautiful home mins from everything

The home was spotless and it had everything needed for a stress free stay. Everything was minutes away. The home was spacious with plenty of comfortable beds for a family of 6.

Wandering Cottage

What a cozy, homey, and beautiful cottage. I spent the weekend here with a couple of girlfriends. This home was absolutely perfect. From the quietness of the neighborhood, this home felt like a getaway. The yard was everything you could want with a screened in porch, bonfire, hammock, and a little canoe tucked away. The house was decorated perfectly. The rooms were beautiful. I could not say more positive thoughts about this stay. Absolutely would love to visit here again in the future. A great host that was very responsive. Thank you for the best stay and a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful interior design in unique setting

This home really surprised us with the interior design & finishes. The extra touches are everywhere. We have rented a lot of homes and this is the best stocked we have ever visited. The prairie setting with pond was very cool and kids loved exploring.
