We back up to 5 acres of unbuilt preserved land. We have no full time neighbors or rental properties to the left or right of our property. You can't beat this large forest lined property offering tranquility while you soak up the lake and Mountain View’s.

Upon your arrival you will see a courtyard entrance perfect for games or snow play. As you make your way towards That Yellow Door you are greeted by a large 400 sq ft concrete outdoor roofed area made to help you transition your belongings into the home. The downstairs features the main bedroom with an en suite bath with full shower and jetted tub and direct access to the downstairs deck. A full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo, washer and dryer, bedroom 2 with a queen bed and direct access to the down stairs deck and outdoor spa. The upstairs has it's own entrance through the 2nd story deck and has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs bedroom 1 has direct access to the upper deck with amazing lake views. Upstairs bedroom 2 (great for kids) has no deck access and a total of 3 beds, a queen, full and trundle twin. Each room in the house has stunning forest views.

The large front yard makes parking a breeze during any season. The large driveway is set on a plowing schedule once there is 4” or more of cover. Pull your car right up the the brand new covered porch area and unload your car with ease. No need to stress about turning your car around during the snow season or hiking up a huge flight of stairs to enter the house. Don’t let your kids slow play on the streets, our .33 acre property is perfect for snow playing.

-Spa/jacuzzi hours: 7am - 10pm
- No pets allowed in the Spa
-Copy of Driver’s License required 48 hours prior to check in
-No trash can be left on site (this applies to ALL vacation rentals in Big Bear Lake). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash at the free designated locations - luckily the closest trash site is only a 2 minute drive from That Yellow Door
-Pet fee is $200 per pet.
-No external grilling devices of any sorts can be brought in or used on the decking including any devices that require propane or coal.
-Guests are required to sign City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor form and meet local agent Tim Brown on site.

- Please note when snow is present outdoor amenities (hot tub, back deck, grill, outdoor furniture, etc.) may not be easily accessible due to plowing and snow removal schedules.

- Air Conditioning is NOT to be used from December 1 through March 31.
