This Spacious one story dream home sits on two large lots at the very end of the street. The large refreshing pool with a hot tub is perfect for sitting and watching the boats as they go by or enjoying a cocktail with friends and family. There are uobstructed views of Copano Bay for miles. Baydream is freshly remodeled and ready to go. with soaring ceilings, lots of natural light and water views from almost every room. There are four over sized bedrooms, three full baths plus guest 1/2 bath. There is plenty of room for the 23 people that this house sleeps. The gourmet kitchen has all high end stainless appliances. The two living areas both have private entrance's. You're going to love the outside palapa bar next to the pool! It is the perfect place to sit, relax and watch the wildlife and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. The whole property has a bulk head to fish off of or you can walk out on the 200' pier. This is a Bird watchers paradise. This home has it all and is the perfect spot to enjoy a family reunion, friends getaway or any special event. Baydream has never been in rental so book now before it is to late.

The perfect getaway! This house has everything! Great bedrooms with plenty of beds, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook great meals, great table where your large group can all dine together ,beautiful sunsets every evening, relaxing pool to cool off in, great fishing pier! I could go on! The property manager was great and helped us with anything we needed. I canā€™t wait to come stay at this amazing property again!! You wonā€™t want to ever leave!!!

Beautiful rental unit located in great location. Unique beach decorations and updated furniture and kitchen appliances . The pool, hot tub and the fishing pier rounds off this exceptional unit. The only draw back was the bench dining room table. My wife and I are semi handicapped and had trouble getting in and out, otherwise everything was great

The property is very large which allowed for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded, it was a very functional layout that provided fun, relaxation and enjoyment. Overall we had a great time and recommend this place to anyone looking for a large, private area. Only suggestion I have is that the house needs some exterior painting and minor up keep to make everything look fresh and new.

Customer service and owner vought and delivered a brand new fridge to the property within 5 hours of notification. Fishing was continous and pool and hot tub were fantastic. Will be back next year.

The large kitchen made cooking for this crew easy. The fishing group loved being able to have the boat by the pier. The pool was awesome!

All the guests love our stay, especially being it is a one-story helped those that have a hard time climbing stairs. I hope they get the hot tub fixed as it never got hot during our stay and green lights would be nice for night time fishing (if there was some, they did not work). Housekeeping needs to leave more than one trash bag, especially considering the cost of the rental. The customer service was good usually, but if you call during the day, they do not answer and you cannot leave a message as it remains full. But they are on call 24 hours, so try and call at night.

The amenities in the home, both inside and outside, were amazing!! The house is fully stock with everything you need and more. The owner truly supplied everything to make the stay comfortable. There was ample space for our big family. Plenty of parking for everyone. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed lots of fishing and grilling. We had an issue with the septic tank being full for one of the restrooms in half of the home. This was the only inconvenience we experienced. Some of our guests left due to this inconvenience. The property manager tried to fix the problem, but it was never fixed. Communication with the property manager was lacking during this situation with the septic tank. However, throughout the rest of the process (both during reservation and during our stay) the property manager was quick to respond. We made the best out of it despite the situation with the septic tank. Overall, we enjoyed this home. It was quite heavenly!! We look forward to returning in the very near future.

Incredible location, A/C PHENOMENAL--->BIG Points, .Had one mishap called management company and they were on it ASAP. Met the owner, Robert I believe the name was and he was so gracious acted as if he was the guest in his own home allowing us full control while he was there. My family rents high end homes each summer for over 12 years now and this was the best yet. Dolphins playing throughout the day. The only thing I would suggest is having more provided trash bags and cleaning supplies for a group this big. Most homes are extremely stocked in anticipation of a crowd this size. Buttt, overall this will be our go to home here forward.

It is beautifully decorated with high end appliances in the large kitchen and a table large enough to seat everyone, and stocked extremely well! Our family gives this house the highest recommendation possible for anyone looking for a private getaway to make fun family memories and of course doing lots of fishing on the private pier, grilling outdoors, swimming or relaxing in the hot tub with the beautiful Copano Bay surrounding you! We also loved watching the wildlife, dolphins and all of Godā€™s beautiful creations!!! So lovely!!!Nina from Rockport Escapes was easy to work with and very accommodating!!! We will be back soon!!!
