House is a nice size. The bedrooms are comfortable. The bathrooms lacked hand soap. The outdoor pellet grill lid didn’t fit well so heat escaped and handle on lid got very hot. Pool was nice.

Early check in (without charge) should be available if the house is ready. Would create good will. Charcoal grill was full of ashes and unusable. Pellet grill didn’t work. A gas grill would be much better. Home is lovely but could use a deep cleaning. Not enough toilet paper provided for 3 night stay. Should have full dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all showers since advertised as provided. Same with dishwasher pods and dish soap. Home with pool should have beach towels.Door from back bedroom to pool has a broken handle. The kitchen furnishings , cookware and serving ware are all incredible! The outdoor area is amazing as well!

The perfect getaway! This house has everything! Great bedrooms with plenty of beds, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook great meals, great table where your large group can all dine together ,beautiful sunsets every evening, relaxing pool to cool off in, great fishing pier! I could go on! The property manager was great and helped us with anything we needed. I can’t wait to come stay at this amazing property again!! You won’t want to ever leave!!!

Beautiful rental unit located in great location. Unique beach decorations and updated furniture and kitchen appliances . The pool, hot tub and the fishing pier rounds off this exceptional unit. The only draw back was the bench dining room table. My wife and I are semi handicapped and had trouble getting in and out, otherwise everything was great

Perfect Vacation Getaway for Family

Customer service and owner vought and delivered a brand new fridge to the property within 5 hours of notification. Fishing was continous and pool and hot tub were fantastic. Will be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: This place was big enough for our three grown children, their spouses and their children, my husband's widowed sister and her son and his daughter, and my husband's youngest sister, her husband along with their son, his wife and two children. The large kitchen made cooking for this crew easy. The fishing group loved being able to have the boat by the pier. The pool was awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought 18 employees for our annual fishing trip and this house provided all the amenities we need for a great time. The property is very large which allowed for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded, it was a very functional layout that provided fun, relaxation and enjoyment. Overall we had a great time and recommend this place to anyone looking for a large, private area. Only suggestion I have is that the house needs some exterior painting and minor up keep to make everything look fresh and new.

Big house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful and large home. All the guests love our stay, especially being it is a one-story helped those that have a hard time climbing stairs. I hope they get the hot tub fixed as it never got hot during our stay and green lights would be nice for night time fishing (if there was some, they did not work). Housekeeping needs to leave more than one trash bag, especially considering the cost of the rental. The customer service was good usually, but if you call during the day, they do not answer and you cannot leave a message as it remains full. But they are on call 24 hours, so try and call at night.

The amenities in the home, both inside and outside, were amazing!! The house is fully stock with everything you need and more. The owner truly supplied everything to make the stay comfortable. There was ample space for our big family. Plenty of parking for everyone. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed lots of fishing and grilling. We had an issue with the septic tank being full for one of the restrooms in half of the home. This was the only inconvenience we experienced. Some of our guests left due to this inconvenience. The property manager tried to fix the problem, but it was never fixed. Communication with the property manager was lacking during this situation with the septic tank. However, throughout the rest of the process (both during reservation and during our stay) the property manager was quick to respond. We made the best out of it despite the situation with the septic tank. Overall, we enjoyed this home. It was quite heavenly!! We look forward to returning in the very near future.

Perfect place! This is our second time staying here. We wanted our immediate family to get together. The house is so well laid out. The open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room let everyone easily eat together, watch movies all together! The rooms are so nice. The king beds are really nice for the adults and there are plenty of bunks for the kids. The backyard is your own personal oasis! The view goes on and on. The sunsets are breathtaking! I love the pool with our grandkids. It is not real deep but big enough for them to have fun! The hot tub is very relaxing!We cooked quite a bit and having a well equipped kitchen was really nice! Also, having the washer and dryer with kids was really nice too! The front driveway allowed us to park comfortably. We love it here and do not want to leave! I’m looking forward to our next visit!!!

Outstanding rental property exceptionally clean well equipped kitchen comfortable beds great pool and fishing pier. Location provides good privacy and close to stores and restaurants. This was the second time we book this property.

Great Times

Incredible location, A/C PHENOMENAL--->BIG Points, .Had one mishap called management company and they were on it ASAP. Met the owner, Robert I believe the name was and he was so gracious acted as if he was the guest in his own home allowing us full control while he was there. My family rents high end homes each summer for over 12 years now and this was the best yet. Dolphins playing throughout the day. The only thing I would suggest is having more provided trash bags and cleaning supplies for a group this big. Most homes are extremely stocked in anticipation of a crowd this size. Buttt, overall this will be our go to home here forward.

I can’t say enough great things about this home, it was the perfect place to spend time with our kids and grandkids! It is beautifully decorated with high end appliances in the large kitchen and a table large enough to seat everyone, and stocked extremely well! Our family gives this house the highest recommendation possible for anyone looking for a private getaway to make fun family memories and of course doing lots of fishing on the private pier, grilling outdoors, swimming or relaxing in the hot tub with the beautiful Copano Bay surrounding you! We also loved watching the wildlife, dolphins and all of God’s beautiful creations!!! So lovely!!!Nina from Rockport Escapes was easy to work with and very accommodating!!! We will be back soon!!!
