Givens District Park is nearby for outdoor and indoor sports, and the East Boggy Creek Greenbelt is perfect for hiking and picnicking. The Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In is just a short distance away for a uniquely Austin evening out. Downtown Austin is a 12 to 15 minute drive, and some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and live music venues are easily accessible by car or rideshare.

Getting Around:

East Austin is a great base for exploring the city. Uber and Lyft are widely available and the most convenient way to reach downtown, 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The gated driveway accommodates 2 to 3 cars single file, and free street parking is available nearby. A public bus stop is located approximately half a mile from the property for those using public transportation. Downtown Austin is a 12 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic.

–We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
