Paradise on Padre is truly an Island Oasis Getaway!
Located on the BEACH SIDE of the island, this unique & stylish home sleeps up to 18 guests .

Enjoy PRIVATE POOL with outdoor games of Hopscotch, Tic Tac Toe & Chess or a short 1 minute walk to the beach.

Feel the breeze from the Gulf of Mexico from the wrap around balcony on the 2nd floor, or stay inside shooting pool or a game of foosballs.


NOTE: Minimum 4 days booking for the month of August.

This large 2700 sq. ft. home on 1 & 1/2 lot is perfect for family gathering and entertaining. The large open concept living/dining/kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, game room, PRIVATE FENCED IN POOL with water view and a 1 minute walk to the beach is a great place to relax, enjoy the company and create memories.

UPSTAIRS:
Spacious, large kitchen with a huge center island for gathering/dining open up to living space with a professional foosball table, big screen TV, game consoles, guitar hero & a round table perfect for card game. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with everything you need, including WiFi, to enjoy your stay.
Huge bedroom that sleeps 12 people has a huge en suite bathroom with a large jet tub, separate shower, 2 sinks on a long counter with an extra large walk-in closet.
Upstairs bedroom/living spaces has 3 different access to the wrap around fully furnished balcony, look directly to the pool below & a water view.

DOWNSTAIR:
Master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. Guests bedroom has 2 queen beds, big screen TV and a sitting area, access to the pool area.
A full size bathroom down the hallway connected to a large laundry room lead to the garage that is converted to a game room, equipped with a kitchenette, a full size refrigerator and, of course, a professional pool table.

OUTDOOR AREA:
New large pool with 6 foot tanning zone boasts a water fountains that will keep the children entertain for hours in shallow water that is also safe. A water features delivers sound of serenity that will relax your mind. Large cool deck & cover patio equipped with pool furniture for your convenience. With the FUN THEME in mind, we also offer life size Hopscotch & Chess Board games.

When you visit the island there is so much to do. Make sure to check out Schliterbah Beach Water Park for a great family outing, the island Equestian Center for horseback riding on the beach, Sea Turtle, Inc. for an interesting tour about the sea turtles that nest on the island, Clayton's Beach Bar which is the largest outdoor bar in Texas, Louie's for bungee jumping and go-cart racing, fishing at the Pier, zip lining, parasailing and so much more. Other things to note
Due to Home away billing policy in which they only collect the state portion of the hotel/lodging tax, there will be an adjustment invoice for an 11% ACCOMMODATION & LODGING TAX that is due to local taxing bodies, which will be billed/requested after booking thru fund request approximately 1 week prior to your arrival.



There will be an additional $250 for cleaning service fee in the event of violation of rules that requires extra cleaning. Fee will be requested thru and will be deducted from deposit.

Missing or damage towels price:
* 20 Bath towels on site - $20 replacement fee each
* 1 Hand towel per bathroom sink- $10 replacement fee ea
* 20 Face towels on site - $5 replacement fee ea

All concerns & damages need to be reported by end of day 1 after arrival. Concerns & damages pictures need to be upload onto communication thread.

***The house will have the following items for your convenience to start only: dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, trash bags, individual size: shampoo, conditioner & bath bars. Toilet papers with 1 extra roll per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels. Please bring or be prepared to purchase extra for your usage.

All basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, mop & broom are availabe.
PACK-N-PLAY is available upon request while supply last.

Due to COVID, we do not supply any condiments, cooking oil, coffee filters etc... please supply your own.
