Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week.

Nestled in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. Amenity passes are $20 per person per day / $50 per 7 day week. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away.

The house is perfectly sized for any group large or small. Enough space to spread out and separate groups, or join in the fun together. The large fully equipped kitchen holds a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker and stainless steel appliances and wraps around to join both the dining and living room areas with a wood burning fireplace. You'll be able to enjoy the fire while you dine.

A connected all season room is packed with windows for year round enjoyment no matter what the weather. Brand new 46' and 60' LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as surround sound and DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch.

The cabin like lower level boasts two couches, a full size pool table/ping pong table, dart board, separate bathroom, laundry room, plenty of board games and a wood burning stove everyone can enjoy.

The larger of the two outdoor decks hold a gas barbecue grill and two outdoor tables, there's seating for the entire group.

The only suggestion I would make regarding the property is to have a TV in the main room living room.That is where we gathered and the men had to go watch football and basketball downstairs. One other issue was the slopes were not open and we paid for the amenities, It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Everything else was perfect.

Overall a good stay and good location. Can accommodate group of 10-12 and the value for the stay was good. Main floor with main bedroom was really nice, but lower floor and upper floor had some wear and tear issues.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time. House was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 10 plus the dog. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of room inside and out for dining as a family. We loved the hot tub and the game room as well. The fitness center and pool were close to the house. Check in was simple, Vincenzo was super helpful and responded to any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to use your home

Comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. The house was not as clean as we're used to and the fridge was a little small. Luckily we brought games with us because the TV reception was unreliable. Great communication with the host!

Great getaway

Lovely neighborhood, it felt very safe because it’s gated. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Many activities nearby or if you just want to hang out in the deck in the hot tub that’s an option too! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Great time!!

House was great and easy to find. Entry at the gate was super easy and the staff there are helpful. Entry into house was easy as well. Everything was super clean and well kept. Deck was great it’s so peaceful and quiet. Firepit was great and even though we had rain we still had a fire which kept us warm and the deck above kept us dry. The hot tub was clean and really relaxing after days out hiking the falls. Bushkill falls was 9 minutes from the driveway perfect location. All in all great stay and I would come back anytime I was vacationing in the area. We did add our names to the bricks in the basement thought that was really a great touch as well.

Weekend Getaway to ski/snowboard at Shawnee Mtn

My wife and our grown daughters and spouse and significant other plus a nephew and uncle all stayed at the house. Plenty of space and amenities. We used the jacuzzi on the deck each day and enjoyed a small fire in the fireplace! The garbage center was convenient and located on egress road allowing for easy deposit when driving out. The kitchen was well stocked which was an added plus being we ate meals in for the weekend! Took less than twenty minutes to drive over to Shawnee Mountain. The neighborhood community was relaxing and quiet. Family had a relaxing visit! We shall return!

Winter weekend

We wanted a weekend winter getaway and that is exactly what we got. 10 adults and 2 teens fit comfortably with great in house amenities to fill our snowy weekend. Relaxing in hot tub, playing pool, cooking and eating, playing games and watching NFL playoff games while relaxing by the fire. Only time we left was to tube at Shawnee which was 15 mins up the road. Would definitely recommend booking this house.

Friends trip

We had an amazing weekend in this cozy and well cared for house. The views are so pretty from the decks. Though we could not enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer, we had a fantastic time! Shout out to Vincenzo for all of his help!

Spacious in the Country

The home was beautiful and you can tell it had been updated recently. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We loved having a firepit and hot tub on site. There was no need to go out to eat because we had a beautiful kitchen and bbq to make our meals. We would rather eat in the gorgeous home than go out. Close to hiking and Delaware River. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of our questions. This would be a great stay in the Fall and Winter, too.

Great, Relaxing Stay

We had a great family vacation at this property! The house was clean and spacious, and had all the little amenities we needed. Check in and out was simple, and the directions provided made the house easy to find. Communication with management was fast and easy, and they were quick to respond with any questions or small issues. Our family loved the fire pit and hot tub,(especially our young girls who made a habit of staying up way too late), and the Saw Creek community provided nice activity options for a family with younger children (playgrounds, pools, etc). Would stay again if we return to the area!

Clean and Spacious Home!

This is my partner's and I 5th year hosting an annual friends trip and our group shared many meals, drinks and laughs at this home- we all agreed that this might be the best house we've stayed at so far! :-) Our group of 11 friends were able to stay comfortably at this home! Every room was very clean and the kitchen was spacious, something we look for whenever we book a place because we love to cook meals together! The hot tub and grill was extremely well maintained, and it was nice to have a common area where we were able to watch movies together. It also had space for plenty of cars- the back driveway is pretty long and a little difficult to back out of it, but wasn't that big of an issue. The host was also really easy to communicate with if I had any questions. Our only concern was hoping the community area gets a recycling facility soon! Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend stay :-)
