In the heart of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, you'll find our lovely 4-bedroom getaway. Nestled just a 16-minute drive from the stunning Bushkill Falls and a 10-minute drive from the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, this property offers the perfect base for your outdoor adventures.

Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool or beach or unwind in the indoor pool and hot tub. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room or challenge your friends to a game of pool in the game room. Stay connected with the free WiFi, or enjoy a movie night with the smart TV and video library.

Spent three nights up here with both my daughters after a weekend with family at a wedding. It was a really good experience. The house is gorgeous and enormous. Everything is smooth and we went on a hike 30 minute drive and actually got to see a black bear maybe 40 yards in front of us. Great experience nothing but love for his house.

Phil and Gaby's place was perfect for our group of 9. We all slept comfortably and had spaces to retreat to for quieter moments. We were rained in for most of the weekend and had plenty of space to spread out. We arrived to a fresh, clean home with a well-stocked kitchen, all the towels and bed linens our group would need, and a lovely welcome basket. Phil was easy to reach for an easy check-in and any questions that came up. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Phil and Gaby, for having us.

We stayed at this house during the Memorial Day weekend. Perfect for people who love the outdoors (Bushkill Falls, Appalachian Trail/Mount Minsi). House was very clean, very spacious, well-stocked. Great host (Thanks Phil!). We stayed at this house based on the consensus of 160 stellar reviews, and we had the same stellar experience. Would gladly stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful time The only negative is the resort closed the outdoor pool at 3 pm Sunday with no notice( no thunder) told us when we got there because it was slow and it was a holiday.we checked with staff the previous day and bought non refundable passes to useOur hosts were wonderful and we would stay there again

Phil was great to work with. The place was clean and in the mountains. The beds were a little hard but manageable. There were plenty of extra linens and the rooms were spacious. The only thing is when you look at the pictures it looks like the amenities are close to the house but they are not. We used the pool and hot tub at the one location. Check in was easy to get into the neighborhood. Overall it was a good stay.

Upon entering premise you could smell the dampness and the clammy feeling of the first floor living space. We later found out, we were supposed to dump stagnant water from a portable dehumidifier when it was full. Host never mentioned that. Floors were dirty. Kids took off their shoes and had black feet in minutes. After contacting host, he came over and put a capful of detergent in the mop canister. I guess I was expected to mop all of the floors myself. There were dust bunnies under the beds. We were given 4 wash cloths for 8 people. When asked, the owner handed us 4 more. Staircase to downstairs was extremely narrow and not easily accessible for seniors. We stayed here in July, Had NO air conditioning in 2 bedrooms on main floor and none at all in downstairs area. For the amount of money we spent on a week in this rental, I was expecting to be more impressed. But sadly I was very disappointed in the rental. The pool and other amenities were not within 5-8 minute walking distances as advertised. We had to drive to all of the pools and streams.

Regarding the climate control, the property is equipped with two industrial air conditioning units on the main floor, as well as a third dedicated air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom, which effectively cools the living spaces. Additionally all rooms upstairs have ceiling fans to keep the entire home comfortable. We maintain rigorous cleaning protocols. This property was thoroughly cleaned and inspected immediately before your arrival to ensure it met our high standards. We are proud of our history of reviews from many past guests who consistently highlight the cleanliness of our home. Guest safety is our absolute highest priority. We want to reassure you that our property is fully permitted as required by our local government and undergoes regular safety inspections to ensure all structural elements—including the staircases—strictly meet local safety codes and regulations. While we understand that stairs can pose a personal challenge for some travelers, we maintain full compliance to guarantee a secure environment for all of our guests. We are disappointed that these concerns were only brought to our attention solely on this review after we contacted you regarding the damage caused to our brand-new dryer during your stay. It was a regrettable situation but we understand that accidents happen and we tried our best to work with you. We always strive to provide a great experience and wish you the best in your future travels. Please kindly feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss any of your concerns as we are always available for our guests.

House was a great size for 7 adults. Property was nicely situated with a forest located behind it. We got to experience many different types of wildlife. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Host was generous and left us gifts including something for our dog.

Weekend getaway

We would definitely stay here again. We stayed a weekend for my husband’s birthday and we had a great time. The house was beautiful, cozy and clean and it was so easy to communicate with the owners.
