Two additional bedrooms downstairs share a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. One bedroom is configured as a living/bedroom combination with couch, coffee table, king bed, queen sofa-sleeper, and sliding door with backyard access.

There is a large dining area downstairs that seats 6, a wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV, plus a functional kitchen with breakfast table for 4 and counter seating for 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with place settings for 12.

Upstairs is the main family room with comfy leather couches, a large game table seating 6-8, gas fireplace, large screen A/V system with Smart TV, cable TV, wet bar, and a small balcony overlooking the backyard and adjacent tennis courts. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and one has a queen, sharing a large bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

The attached garage offers parking for one car and two in the driveway. Full-size washer and dryer inside the home. Free Wi-Fi throughout. This home does not have air conditioning.

• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval and pet fee. No other animals. Bring a crate if leaving dog unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Any barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests responsible for extra cleaning or damage.
No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
BBQ's, if provided, may not be available during red flag warnings or extreme winter events.
