This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total. Parking for 2 cars in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

Soak in the waterfront views from two bedrooms, the living room, bonus room, and even the kitchen. The upstairs living area features comfortable seating, mountain decor, and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a state-of-the-art gas range, and dishwasher. Head downstairs to the bonus room complete with wet bar, TV, and comfy seating -- perfect for games, chatting, or cocktails.

The primary bedroom hosts a queen bed, TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and granite vanity with two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with bedroom 3, which has a double-over-double bunk with an extra trundle bed. A sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room provides additional sleeping space.

• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge)
