Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a large balcony, complete with an additional dining/seating area, allowing you to lounge and take in the stunning views.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment, should you need it.
The en-suite bedroom is equipped with a king bed, complete with hotel-quality linens, to ensure a good night's rest, and features multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that ongoing construction is visible from both balconies, and some noise may be experienced during your stay. Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment buildings or the surrounding area. Business Bay is one of Dubai’s swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, a stone’s throw from Dubai’s quintessential ‘it’ neighborhood, Downtown Dubai. One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels, and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population. Reverberating youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes, and luxurious spas. There's a grocery store on the ground floor level for your convenience.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
Business Bay Metro Station - 30 mins.
Note: currently, some construction around the building during the day could create a noise disturbance.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
