This luxury studio is the perfect place for couples looking to spend some quality time together. It is just 4-minutes away from the Circle Mall and has all the luxuries and amenities you could possibly desire. There is also a gym and a rooftop pool available to guests during their stay.

The well-designed living room/bedroom features a sofa bed and a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. It has a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a small private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning Dubai views.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for your convenience. It comes with a washing machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. Basic amenities are also provided in the bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a waterfall head, toiletries, and fresh towels.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests can get access to several bus stops in JVC located within a 5-minute driving distance. You'll also have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
