There's also a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and access a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a thriving residential community in the heart of Dubai, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, lush green parks, and well-designed infrastructure. This neighbourhood offers a harmonious blend of modern living and natural beauty, making it an attractive choice for residents and visitors.

JVC provides a range of amenities, including supermarkets, schools, fitness centres, and numerous dining options. Its central location allows easy access to key areas in Dubai, such as the Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, and the Expo 2020 site.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest bus stop, JVC, Qamash Blvd A-1, is just a 6-minute walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
