Enjoy your good night’s sleep in the bedrooms fitted with a king bed, fresh linens, lamp, a chair, as well as a wardrobe for storage. If you wish to have some fresh air, there’s also a table and chairs in the balcony!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, a stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well!

The bathroom includes bathtub with shower head, toilet, mirror and sink. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries!

Enjoy the use of the other amenities in our home, including the washing machine and ironing facilities.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Additionally, construction work will occur at a school near the property. While we aim to ensure a comfortable stay, some noise may be experienced during daytime hours. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
