Designed with an open living and dining area, and an outdoor balcony, to enjoy the stunning views over the Harbour!
The kitchen is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
The bedrooms come with King beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

DXB Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
Dubai Mall is 10 away by car.
Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are a 15-minute drive away.
Cabs are easy to hail outside.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
