The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it.

The bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, 2 king-sized beds and a single bed in the maid's room, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

What's more, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Reverberating with youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city. Dubai Fountain Street 2 and Empire Heights Towers 1 are also within walking distance while the nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, 17.3 km from the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
