The Nook on Sunshine Hill--minutes to Crater of Diamonds and Historic Washington

While VRBO did have a spa tub listed—which we were unaware of and have never had—as soon as this was brought to my attention, an apology was issued and the listing was corrected on VRBO. The rooms are exactly as pictured. We even made sure to make the guest aware of the portable air unit that had been put in place for the comfort of the bedrooms but was not included in listing photos. While this guest may have chosen to stay a motel, the others traveling with her stayed at our location for the duration of the reservation without complaint. This guest was rude and combative in her interactions; it is only the friendliness and adherence to standards by her fellow guests that earned her reservation a “would host again” review. A look at all other reviews for both our properties on VRBO & Airbnb will show the true quality and value of our locations.
