Our cozy cottage is walking distance to Go Karts /Snow Play, Wyatt’s/Octoberfest at the Convention Center, & minutes from Big Bear Lake, The Village, skiing & more!

Our cottage has all the amenities! Coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, cable, wifi, propane BBQ, private fenced & gated back yard--perfect for children and/or pets, outdoor dining area. EV charger (level 2-no cables provided, receptacle only) is complementary for guests.


Our outdoor area has been fully fenced, and upgraded with a brand new fire pit surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs, BBQ, and patio table and chairs for dining outdoors. Lots of outdoor games for enjoying our large yard. We have corn hole, giant Jenga, giant connect four, and yard dice. Just want to relax? Hang up one of the two hammocks provided and stare up at the beautiful sky through the many Jeffrey pine tree canopy’s on the property.

Indoors:
Smart TVs with complementary Netflix, Spectrum Cable app, and more, in all sleeping areas and living room.

Mini Split A/C in main living and master bedroom-not central air, but boy do these units get cold, perfect relief from summer heat

Cozy living room equipped with gas-burning fireplace, and Roku smart tv.

Each bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV equipped with all of the latest apps. Netflix, and spectrum cable are complementary, but you can also log in to your own apps.
Luxury bedding in each room.

Crib provided is a portable pack and play.

Humidifiers are provided for your use in the night stands.
Loft space is a great hang out area with a Roku TV, comfy sofa( also a bed), and tons of board games, cards, & puzzles to play on the vintage table and chairs set.
