The issues you described including the condition of the linens, kitchen appliances, bathroom items, and living room rug are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to provide for our guests. Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry that your expectations were not completely met as we pride ourselves in consistently providing a 5-star experience for our guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and have professional housekeepers clean and sanitize the entire property at the conclusion of each stay. We like our counter tops to be clear, therefore, we store our mugs in the cabinet above the Keurig machine. However, it is possible they were inadvertently stored in another cabinet during your stay. Additionally, our hand soap dispensers are replaced with each visit and kept on the sink with additional supplies stored in the vanity below. Perhaps it was an oversight on the part of the cleaning company not placing the dispenser where it was visible, for you would not have known to check in the cabinet for another. While we are proud that our town is replacing old water main pipes, it is beyond our control when the city chooses to do the work. We are pleased to report that the work has been completed, but apologize it occurred during your 4 days visit from June 19th to June 23rd. In addition we graciously accommodated your early check-in request without any additional fees. Please allow us the opportunity to showcase the 5-star hospitality of which all our returning guests are accustomed to experiencing. Thank you for your patronage, and please visit us again soon!

We're pleased you and your family had a great stay and found the house comfortable for your Beach Bash trip. We're pleased that our added amenities of linen and towels made your stay more enjoyable. Your review feedback about the staircase's narrowness and lower ceiling clearance at the bottom of the staircase are valid points. We pride ourselves in being proactive in making changes when we can when our guests review our property. Please know that all our guests safety is our first priority, that's why we have a customized sign posted in the staircase that specifically serves as a constant reminder of the lower height clearance of 5'6 at the bottom of the staircase, and to further prevent any mishaps or injuries we have padding installed in the low clearance ceiling area of the staircase just in case someone taller than the displayed height clearance such as myself (I'm 6'6 and I frequently stay at my property) inadvertently bumps their head. Notable, due to the layout, the structure and being a smaller property, we did our best to remedy that one deficiency in the total renovation of the property. Thank you again for staying with us!
