Nice house; great pool!

The very best thing about this house was the heated pool! I have never stayed in a hotel or rental where the pool heat was so wonderful. The whole pool felt like a nice warm bath. The weather was cool, but we were able to swim comfortably from early morning till night. If we go to Disney again when it is cold, we would rent this house just for the heated pool.The house itself was nice, though built for tall people! The cabinets were very high and it was hard to reach pool towels over the washing machine and some dishes in the kitchen. I did mention to the manager that the house could use a step ladder. I'm 5' and the bed was so high that I had to use one of the benches to get in and out of it.There were a few broken appliances, missing lightbulbs, etc., which is expected in a huge house. Every time I contacted the manager, he responded quickly to remedy what he could.The listing says there is a garage, but it was turned into the game room, so really the only parking is for two cars in the driveway. Other cars have to park on the street, which is tricky. We had 4 cars for 19 people. Security is very particular about how the cars are parked and had to ask us 3x to move cars. The game room was fun, though the games are really loud. It is well insulated, so when the door is closed you cannot hear them.Check out was the easiest I've ever had for a rental. Also we there is a pool fence by the outside kitchen, though it's not listed. Mostly, we enjoyed the house.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The rooms are large and the family room is nice for a large group to hang out. There were a number of appliances that weren’t working properly but it really didn’t impact our stay. We were very happy with Diamond and the owner. The pool heater failed before our arrival and they purchased a new one and replaced between Christmas and new Year’s. The service level was excellent, thank you.

Great Short Stay

Really awesome home in Reunion Resort. Group I was with really enjoyed this spacious home and all of the amenities. Great communication with their team on questions I had prior and during my stay. Very short drive to the resort hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Wont stay again

Upstairs washer and dryer room has mold all over the ceiling and the return Every tv has about 5 controllers so customer has to figure out how to use it Front door is rusted out Seems like the owners have not put any money into the house to fix anything One of the air hockeys games did not work The dishwashers had a horrible smell coming out of them

Family Time Vacation / TLH

The house is beautiful, the pictures do not lie. This family of 10 had a great time, enjoyed the outdoor grill, and loved the pool. The bedrooms are beautiful and well decorated, the beds are high, and there should be a stool next to those high beds. Everything was clean and organized. The movie room was awesome!! There were a few things that needed repairs while we were there, and maintenance took care of them right away. There is no food pantry (a place to store your food) in this huge place, the complex provided a rolling cart for us, which was perfectly fine. The area is BEAUTIFUL, and it’s gated. Would I go back to this location...absolutely!

Great place even with problems

Great place to stay, loved the house and the pool. The 18 of us had a wonderful time in the pool, the theater room and game room. Did have issues with appliances, response was good and some were addressed before we left. Issue with both dishwashers, washing machine and game in game room.

Family Wedding Hub

Wonderful House with fantastic amenities. 15 Family members from across the world stayed for 4 nights for a wedding in Orlando. Lots of privacy and activities for every age. House has everything you need. Would highly recommend!!!!

Family Reunion

Agree with all of the reviews that it was a lovely home, great pool area, very spacious with loads of fun things for our family of 13, ages 3-72. But the little details that needed attention were lacking. We were pleased that the management responded to all of our concerns and sent staff to take care of repairs and pool issues. There are just lots of little things that are run down and could be so easily updated to make it the luxury home it was meant to be. We did let the know what we thought could use updating. Our family would go back here I the future.

Spring Break!!!!!

We had a great stay. The house is exactly is as listed. Very nice area. Close to Disney. A few cons. 1. We were supposed to check in at 5pm and the cleaning crew did not get done until 5:43 pm. 2. The door to the pool had a handle broken when we got there. Everything else was perfect

Great Stay

The house was amazing and the rental company was so responsive. We had a great experience. House is well stocked. There are some little things that don’t work properly-like toilets that take a while to fill-but none of it takes away from the experience. Watch out for the rent-a-cops that run the neighborhood. They can be obnoxious. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful property

We had a great week. The neighbor called in a noise complaint when 5 of us were sitting in hitting talking. He then blasted his music and was cussing us out. We will not stay here again because of the neighbors. The house is so nice

Nice house w/ lots of small problems

Pros : The property is beautiful, and the location is a perfect distance from Disney. Cons : There are an overwhelming amount of small issues that add up to annoying problems: The hot tub jets only work occasionally, the ice maker doesn’t work at all , the oven doesn’t heat up properly, the movie room projector shuts off after 15 minutes of running, two of the video games in the game room do not work properly. These are all very easy repairs, and for the prices being charged should be fixed immediately by ownership. We did enjoy our time here , but details matter !

Not as nice as I’d have liked

House was spacious and clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Really comfortable setting, the kids loved the playroom and the theater was so nice and comfortable. Our biggest issue was that it wasn’t well maintained. Shower heads were half clogged, the microwave doesn’t work. The outdoor kitchen didn’t work and it was a fire hazard with the grease not having been cleaned in, God knows how long. There were not enough glasses and cookware and the ones that were there were so cheap and mismatched. Also we ran out of detergent and other basic things that should have supplied for being such a large home. So overall good, but needs some attention!

Great House

Vacationed here back in late October 2022. House was fantastic. Clean, great bedrooms, lots of space and the pool was fabulous. Had a couple small minor issues with the mini fridge by the movie room not working but that’s it.

Great house for family trip!!

We loved our stay at this great property. Both children and adults were very happy with all the amenities it had to offer. Will definitely be back for future trips!!
