Situated on the 59th floor with elevator access, our spacious and charming two-bedroom apartment, located at the Address Beach Resort, is more than just accommodation; it's an escape into luxury. Enjoy world-class amenities, breathtaking views, and the convenience of having Dubai's attractions at your fingertips. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this resort provides the perfect base for an unforgettable Dubai experience.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a floor-to-ceiling door, inviting you onto a spacious furnished balcony that offers captivating views of Ain Dubai, Atlantis Palm and Burj Al Arab.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, while the second has a double one. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please be aware that residential guests are not allowed access to hotel-side facilities. The following facilities are available for your use:

Residents and visitors of Dubai Marina enjoy easy access to a plethora of dining options, from high-end restaurants and trendy cafes to casual eateries. The famous Dubai Marina Walk is a popular spot for dining al fresco and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 2, is just an 8-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 37 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 13 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 27 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 28 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 22 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
