Tastefully decorated, this lovely studio of 42m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows. The area has a warm ambience and features an oversised window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine, to cook delicious meals. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
