-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80 per day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for 3 cars, with 2 on the driveway and 1 in the street..
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

Excellent property for families in Palm Springs

Beautiful private backyard. Clean pool and hot tub. Clean house, organized kitchen with nice pots and pans, dish ware and glasses. Plenty of towels and pool towels. Comfy beds and couch for tv time. We visit Palm Springs a LOT to see family and this is the first house I’d rent again. Well done. Great customer service!

Great stay

Was able to check in early which I really appreciated. There was some dirt/debris just inside the main door but I don't know if that was something that was missed or if the wind blew it under the door. That being said, it did not affect the enjoyment of our stay

Average place over priced

There were multiple signs about keeping the voice down and how you would be fined if there is noise over 40 db. Meanwhile, there is loud airplane sound every hour. Everything was minimalist - cheapest single layer toilet paper, water downed shampoo, etc.

We do have monitors that help us stay compliant with the city noise ordinance, please note this is not a company or house rule, this is the same ordinance for all homes in Palm Springs. Great!

This house is lovely and we had an excellent time! The backyard is the real gem - we enjoyed the pool and grill and our dog loved running around and playing in the grass. The spa is nice as well but it didn't work the first 2 nights we were there. Sunny Days was very communicative and quick to respond / resolve the issue. Location wise - it is in the "windy pocket"of Palm Springs which can be a bit of a bummer especially during the day. Regardless we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Heat Wave Relief

It's a comfortable house. Pool is spectacular. Beds are cozy. AC cools the house well. We were there during 111° temps with an excessive heat warning. It truly was an oasis during all that. The mountain is a nice touch for viewing pleasure on one side of the yard. Its kind of funny that the power lines appear to be photoshopped in the main picture, but I guess that's good marketing. Pool toys in the garage were nice to have around. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Also, the landlord obliged us for a later checkout which was really nice. Thank you!

Its Pet Friendly, but Too Dirty for Humans

It started off good, the management even let us in a bit early. We loved the warm weather and blue skies. The home was 10 min from the airport and near the Palm Springs strip, but far enough to be quiet and had a nice pool. Planes overhead occasionally was no issue. The home across the street had a row of recliners on the front lawn and a 'modified vehicle' out front, that was interesting. No privacy blinds in the front room of home, just see through curtain. The real issues came when we found the home was only partially cleaned. The next day when the sun reflected through the dirty window we saw the floors and fabric furniture were covered in pet hair including the comforter in the bonus room. It was so bad and all over, there is no way an attempt was even made to clean this. We had to vacuum ourselves and picked up enough hair to make a sweater. Stains all over carpet and rugs (its 'pet friendly' and it looked like it). We had to spend the morning doing what we could with the limited cleaning supplies. The windows were filthy. Crumbs under coffee pot and wet grounds in canister. When we called to report the filthy condition of the home it was almost insulting to hear the host say "sorry it was not up to YOUR standards". They offered to send cleaners again, but nope... we had already cleaned. Should have paid us cleaning fee. Also the freezer had a disgusting surprise in it. I have pics. It just needed to be cleaned before we arrived and it would have been great.
